How was this racist? The establishment of TSA literally followed 9/11 along with stricter visa policies. If I'm wrong please help me understand.

US always required interviews to be conducted for a VISA - exception prolly a few western European countries.
Due to COVID, most USA embassies in these countries where these interviews are done, are severely under-staffed with most staff deciding to go back to USA. So there are no interview slots to get a VISA - unless you are studying in a US university. Nothing to do about 9/11.

Still. Riot is a huge company and they should put their players under their wings to facilitate to get the VISA
