Nats at this point is a smokes player with his extensive time on Astra nad Viper this year, have him play smokes and sentinel, have redgar play initiator/smokes, and have nivera play sentinel/initiator with scream and jamppi on fragging roles. Basically soulcas and Dimasick for Redgar and Nats
Well most importantly they need an IGL which Redgar should be first choice and should replace Dima. IMO after that Nats is just better than soulcas, and if you can have nivera playing kayo breach and redgar skye sova fade they would be in a great spot. Redgar obv would have to learn fade but he's got a long time to do that and its worth sacrificing Soulcas for Nats
Well, he's only IGL because no one wants to be it. ScreaM put away his pride and ego for the better of the team even though it only worsens his performance for most of the games. They should get an actual IGL, so ScreaM can focus only on killing and entrying. It's a waste of the years he has left as a pro.

Imagine kicking ScreaM lmao. Literally their best player with Jamppi being a close 2nd.
That's because he's the IGL. His focus is split between fragging and IGLing that's why he doesn't always frag out. They need a dedicated IGL so ScreaM can fully focus on killing rather than calling strats mid round.
Liquid's management is terrible, This was a prominent problem since the first Iceland and they still haven't fixed the problem
