- get in shape ( any type of cardio and lift weights)
- minimum 30 minutes of being outside everyday
- eat healthy whole foods ( chicken, fish, beef, turkey, eggs, milk, greek yogurt, vegetables and fruits, rice, bread )
- get off social media and spend less time on the internet in general.
- take vitamins (d3, fish oil, multi vitamin)
- cold showers

i'd like to take cold showers in the morning but i don't think i have the will to do it :(
