Could it be I'm not doing it right?
It's a crowded gym, the trainer isn't as available

Make sure you watch videos on your form on YouTube, and don't be afraid to ask people for advice. I promise you people in the gym are way nicer than you'd expect.

Nah its normal in the beginning, the more you go the less will you feel sore

if ur working so hard ur elbow hurts maybe ur overworking yourself or your form is bad. You shouldn't really be feeling too much pain other than the normal aches in the muscles you're working. Look up on proper form and take rest days and you'll be good

2g/kg is if you want to mak it out. 1g/kg is enough, will take more time but is probably healthier aswell lol

Your elbows shouldnt be hurting, try to lessen the weight youre using or figure out what movement makes it hurt. Consulting the trainer/coach or another gymbro might help you with this. Goodluck with your journey!

elbows should never be hurting

check out some youtube videos to understand form and the more you go, try to understand how many sets/reps you should be doing as well as the weight for it.

and since you're cutting, focus on your calorie maintenance and your protein intake.

my best advice to those getting into going to the gym is to stay consistent. getting off the couch everyday gets you 60% closer to having the body you want

also check with your friends or other people if your workouts are good. if you feel overworked, just take a break and see where you can improve your workouts.

Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep a day, eat plenty of foods rich in protein and carbohydrates, and don't forget to drink plenty of water so as not to overload your kidneys. Before you go to the gym, stretch the limb you are going to train on that day, and when you get to the gym, warm up for 10 minutes by running on a treadmill or 3 sets to failure without any weight on the first exercise you do to prepare the muscle you are going to train to avoid injuries. Your elbow shouldn't be hurting, you probably did some chest/biceps exercise wrong, put an ice pack on it and don't train chest or arm anymore that week to avoid further injury. When you do chest exercises, especially with a free bar, be careful with the position of your hand on the bar in relation to your shoulder, I can't explain well this part here, but ask the instructor at the academy to advise you about it.

If you have the option, try swimming after your workout. I do it whenever I lift, and I'm never seriously sore the next day.

For beginner, its recommended to working out for 3 days a week. You need to introduce working hard to your body, so you need rest more. Try fullbody workout first. Working out is hard at the beginning because of sore. if you can past the extremely sore part, its easy.
If have some spare money, fundamentals hyperthropy by jeff nippard is a great ebook to buy. You can learn a lot of things from his youtube too.

Keep up!

Happens. Just take days off from weights so you recover and you will eventually get used to it and have less problems. When I started doing basic weight training after not doing for long time I wasn't able to straighten my arm properly for 2 days and muscles felt sore. But as you do more it becomes easier the next day but still need to give muscles time to chill. But yeah if your elbow is hurting then you are likely doing something wrong.

if you are a low sense arm aimer then maybe it could make sense but i have been working out daily for around 2 years now and never had this. most likely it will go soon but if your elbow hurts perhaps double check your form on exercises where you feel it being worked
