hes number 1 and its not close, to lead two completely seperate teams to every single event and have success in playoffs is unmatched by anybody in VAL so far

It really depends on if we are talking about achievements or their actual work cause in achievements the material you work with affects a lot. People say he is good cause you can actually see his work, 8/8 pistols is not luck, and bringing two different teams to the top is not luck. What I mean is that in his case you can see the common factor

No, you can't, you don't know how Onur works because he does not have any public coaching, you are basing it out of results that work the same way as achievements.
What we all can do is just make subjective assumptions, you of course can say he is the best of the world just because he got a team from nothing to being the best in LATAM, but you can also say it was all about betony and Shyy who also are new in this team.

Anyway, its a subjective topic, you can't really tell for sure.

There aren't any coaches that do their work publicly, but when I see two teams do the same think I look at what the common factor is and that is what is more likely to be cause of it. Could be Betony too? Yes ofc, we don't know, but it is the most accurate read we can make here

Wasn't sgares a caster? You can watch the way he thinks about the game and how much does he knows. I think that's important to make a accurate assumption of someone's skill.
Either way, I think Onur is one of the best coachs in the world. But sadly, you can never know for sure!

Being knowledgeable doesn't make a good coach, not any random player is a good coach, no matter how much he knows about the game

Said that's important, not the only thing.
When Onur was in tier 3 lol las scene he didn't show like he knew a lot, he was more like of someone who's job was to improve players mental and discipline, nonetheless I thought he was a good coach back then.
So yeah, I'm aware of that, I still think that every thing you think about him is subjective!

Ofc it's subjective dude, don't worry we are having a friendly debate.

Something that tells me he is a good coach too is how he picked Shy from the academy, he saw he was good enough, and you need to know about the game to do that. And that might have not been his idea, but definitely had to authorize

Yeah ik, if I said something that didn't seem friendly I'm sorry lol.
Yeah! He is pretty good at sniping talent too, and that's objective as he was the one who discovered Josedeodo. (I mean he already was a top soloq player playing in br server but it was Onur who got him into his first team)

In terms of strategy, he took a pretty middling roster and made them one of the most polished in NA, I would agree in terms of accomplishment tho

He wants to migrate to a NA/EU team, he expressed that a lot, is safe to even say that he went to LOUD just because he got no offers in those regions
So the only way he is coaching mwzera is if again he gets no offers from NA/EU
