If I remember correctly Aleksib was on OG during 2021 just like Jamppi was supposed assuming that he wouldn't have been benched at any time. So it can give some direction, but obviously Aleksib was one of the founding members and IGL so his salary would have been higher than Jamppi's most likely.
But maybe I understood something wrong and it also isn't as simple as that.

By mean founding, you mean the first iteration of OG csgo roster? If it is then, both aleksiB and NBK were considering on taking jamppi at first but due to jamppi got VAC ban ( you can check yourself), they opted for mantuu instead
Edit: so if Jamppi didnt get VAC ban, he should be in it and might get a higher salary if he performs well. Back in the day he was considered a prodigy

People really think the million a year Riot gives it's a lot. To pay 7.5k a month you actually need to count taxes so it's about 10k you actually pay, by 6, % players and a coach that's 60k. 60k by 12 is 720k just in salaries. And salaries are gonna boost a lot in franchising

Ofc that’s gonna be really insane, what I’m saying is, even if Riot is paying it is still really important to get the best orgs possibles. The argument “Orgs like PRX can get in since with Riots money it’s already enough they don’t need to be big ” it’s just not true. Still very important to have the best teams with best infrastructure cause it’s a help not a complete founding

It really is if you see it as an elite sport player. Imagine that was the salary of idk, a tennis player, would you think it’s a lot? Do you think tennis moves a lot more people than Val? Probably yes, but not as significantly as the difference in salaries are.
