the investigation on sinatraa is dropped and the girl want nothing to do with the investigation anymore because of "mental" issues but also sinatraa didnt have a good defense so it seems like a shit show. but innocent till proven guilty.

I never understood why riot was doing investigations why didn't she just go to the court riot might have ruled him out based on courts decision. also if its not the courts he isn't liable to show anything to riot. but whatever his fans are crazy
You are right about this except one thing Riot isn't a government entity it can conduct its own investigation and being a private institution it can pretty much decide who they want competing in tournaments organized by them without giving much explanation. The liable thing does not hold good as riot can just say if he doesn't cooperate they wont let him compete
NO that is not what I mean it's not about his competitive career but justice to whichever of them is being mistreated which riot cannot decide if the girl is in the wrong what can riot do
To be very honest if justice is in the mix id rather deal only with the actual departments like courts and police but that didn't exactly happen here.

they were the only 2 there and there seems to be no proof so only they will ever know
he prob did it, but there is a justice system and even if its flawed, if you cant trust it, theres chaos so he is clean
We have the voice recording that is likely real and we have seen some of the messages that are quite mentally abusive, but I guess it depends on how you see it. No is no, so in theory he is guilty (we don't know what happened after tho) and we don't know did it happen more than once. But then again is that enough to blame him for sexual abuse? There's just so much we don't know, so impossible to tell.

He is completely innocent until proven guilty. This being said, there’s a big difference between being innocent and not having done it
