i don't think they're a fluke team, they just haven't improved as much as everyone else in APAC.

so i suppose calling them washed would be more accurate

Nah the region is regressing no cap. PRX is the last hope.

why do you think so? from what I've seen so far, all the teams have improved save for some (Secret and perhaps MITH)

Order, Hong Kong team (Griffin), and MITH Struggling and losing to Viet teams when they're very bad and inconsistent. Indonesian teams are dominating when they're hard trolling rounds. Look at Boom vs ONIC . ONIC suppose to be indonesian top team... boom is their 3rd place team and they just 2 0 ONIC LMAO.

Bleed actually the only team that have good fundamentals. Other teams are super inconsistent rely more on aim and mechanics then having good teamplay/fundamentals. This is really bad for international play, they can't replicate PRX playstyle in such a consistent way they will be destroy. I hope xerxia can retain form because other than prx they're really the only solid chance for a decent run at champions.

They beat them. what i'm saying is they struggled the first game. Other than Bleed the other teams are just regressing and inconsistent.

Viet teams have been getting better though? This was already established in last stage's playoffs, where Fancy did significantly better against teams like FW, Bleed, and Secret. Griffin is the real fluke team, they beat Gaimin Gladiators (only escaped playins due to a fluke win against PRX) and a MITH that utterly collapsed in that series to get out of groups.

It's always been known that top Indo teams have parity, just look at any of the ONIC games against BOOM or AEGO, they're always relatively close. Also, reducing a 10-13 and 17-19 to a 2-0 doesn't really do it justice. Either way, I felt that both the teams showed solid fundamentals in that series, at least till the depths of OT.

Finally, I don't think any of the teams I've watched so far have tried to replicate the PRX playstyle. They have their own, after all! However, they have taken inspiration from PRX, like ONIC using the smoke-recon combo on Ascent (technically that originated in NA, through Seal Team 6, but I digress)

Viet teams are terrible sure they got better, but they are still inconsistent af and rely on their aim and mechanics. That's what i'm saying all these APAC teams just think Rush and out aim the other teams. Other than Bleed they don't have good fundamentals at all, what i mean is trading , game sense and utility usage/combo. That's why Bleed is owning right now every round. If these teams go to international play they'll be hard exposed with the level of competition now.

imo ONIC, BOOM, and BLEED all have consistently solid fundamentals. They fall apart in moments but that will happen to almost every LCQ team worldwide.

def agree about the international thing. I haven't seen a team at this event that I think would go far in Champs yet.

Bleed atm is the only team that have solid fundamentals. ONIC and BOOM are inconsistent, they have good mechanics and aim but when it comes to high pressure games or when they're ahead they will flop. APAC atm is getting hard exposed, this playstyle of aim and rush use to work but it will not in international play. Bleed is making TS look like a gold team atm and they also dominated Alter Ego.

u probly didn't watch the onic vs boom yesterday. both teams played pretty solid even tho it was 2-0 the game was still close.

You clearly didnt watch indonesia scene. Indonesia isnt dominated by 1 team. BOOM and ONIC are "indonesian top team". Yes, ONIC is looking stronger in stage 2 but they can beat each other depend on situation. Especially adding Famouz to BOOM who always play consistent makes the gap closer.

Bleed will beat any Indo team. They just inconsistent. You will see APAC is already exposed.

im not saying any Indo will beat Bleed.
"Indonesian teams are dominating when they're hard trolling rounds. Look at Boom vs ONIC . ONIC suppose to be indonesian top team... boom is their 3rd place team and they just 2 0 ONIC LMAO."
you seem underestimate BOOM by saying they are 3rd place and "ONIC suppose to beat them easily". And you forgot the best player on Bleed isnt EMEA players, its Deryeon. so, Bleed isnt carried by EMEA.

Bleed looking strong though, But I do agree I don’t think the winner of the lcq or Xerxia will
Have much impact

This is why PRX owns this region, teams are inconsistent af. Bleed has tier 2 European players still owning APAC teams NotLikeThis. APAC getting hard exposed...

Eh I guess they are if they haven't changed their roster. Literally got lucky that Paper Rex was shit back then and wasn't able to pull an upset against at least 1 team, and that's why they got into Champions.
