im talking for just general game and ranked not for pro play
imo u need to work him completely to make him viable for pro play which riot may never do

even for ranked, his flash is still not as good as other agents', and the only major upside is his ult

thats why they r making agents like neon
hopefully riot rework him instead of making him another reyna
