thoughts on phoenix changes?
i feel like he will be picked more on haven and bind cuz his flash is good for solo qing

im talking for just general game and ranked not for pro play
imo u need to work him completely to make him viable for pro play which riot may never do

he is better now, but i think its not good enough yet

even for ranked, his flash is still not as good as other agents', and the only major upside is his ult

riot kinda ruined phoenix when they decided to add skye and kayo
thats why they r making agents like neon
hopefully riot rework him instead of making him another reyna

the changes are good, but like other said... probably not enough to make him better than other agents that have more interesting/useful abilities

Won't really change anything. Phoenix needs a complete rework.
