a team, yes, needs chemistry and synergy. But a team is also stronger with strong individuals. Chemistry wise they can work it out since they are great players, that's why i said chemistry isn't much of a factor

like if you had a chance to build a super team, but you have to trade a bit of chemistry, you would do it in a heartbeat. Because chemistry can be build back, while having an opportunity to build the best team possible only comes once in a while

I think what define great team is synergy too.
I know that individual skill matters but not all player can synchro.
I mean if we take forsaken & jinng (best duo), I don't think any player cam match their playstyle.
