IMO: nukkye is not the problem in g2 and everyone in g2 are all humble with diff personalities

foxie and lucas talked about:
-nukkye baiting and never traiding or creating space
-meddo and avova are basically the same player
-avova playing in the wrong positions(thats why maybe he is underperforming)
-hoody doing good
-mixwell havent been playing good recently
they also talked about how bad g2 plays and they dont understand some stuff because pipson is a good coach
Not exactly what was spoken about,
Nukkye isn't someone that will create space and open the game for his team, individually hes amazing, but his playstyle is more reserved and he won't be 2nd in,
Meddo as a sentinel creates no space, and plays passive the whole game whether it be attack or defense, by not creating space / pressure, the enemy team never has to worry about anything other than the area the core is defaulting.
The roster consists of 4 passive / neutral players, and 1 aggressive when giving a direct comparison to other teams theres usually a more equal balance, for example, old g2 consisted of Patitek, ardiis, mixwell, davidp and pyth. Pyth and david passive / neutral, mixwell ardiis and pati aggressive, allowing them to trade efficiently and put pressure on the map effectively, now it feels like players that play to create space on G2 are being left to hang.
Never said I don't understand how they play, or that Pipson is a good coach, I said they have an experienced team and it seems that with a few vods look at you'd be able to identify that they're currently not doing defaults correctly, they rely on set pushes and optimally they need an IGL to help them create a real gameplan, which doesn't require sitting afk.
Nothing about individual performances have been mentioned because you can't expect people to play good in system that doesn't make sense or that doesn't work, I solely talked on things that don't involve statistical data, more on tempo, space, understanding, gameplan, coaching, and positional value, aswell as lack of a leader.
Honestly i never really followed g2 but their playstyle in the last year and before that aswell always was the same as Acend had. They just play with the flow and shoot call thats what g2 always did with mixwell. And it worked everytime for a while maybe pipson want to build a more strategy structured team and there are differences between them or idk. Just a guess but its a big inside problem4sure
In LRojo's opinion, the exit of Nukkye could fix two very important things for G2:
-The role's problem
-Creates a space in the team for an IGL
I understand his point, but that change would mean a loss of firepower and there are other players who are more problematic than nukkye on the team. Just don't force him to IGL and bring the role to another teammate, or bench meddo and bring a real IGL + a real coaching staff, bc the pipson method is not working at all.
