100T not dropping a map in CH2 should count for something. I have a feeling that momentum will be more than enough to stop LG.
Nothing against LG and what this new roster is doing. But 100T have the experience, the streak and everything to prove after CH1.

I mean they played a brand new ghost roster and an andbox team that just replaced a player before challenged 2 started. I think there good but cmon bro, sweeping for them in challenger 2 is to be expected.
Oh for sure. It was totally to be expected. I'm just saying that a streak like that can be really beneficial to a team's mentality.
Statistically, LG have out-performed 100T when you compare the teams' last 5 games. So, it's not a sure bet by any stretch.
It's just a feeling, but I reckon 100T take the series. They're really good preppers, they adapt quickly in-game, and their backs are against the wall just from being in CH2 in the first place.
Few things here, 100T haven't played a tier 1 team since the JBL Quantum in an actual map, we have no idea how good they're looking right now. That being said, It wouldnt surprise me if theyre still in form. I think the 3 players to watch are Thief, Asuna (both a given), but also Steel. With the contact and information starving style of LG, steels ratty setups and lurks are whats going to give 100T the win, but if Steel cant do those things efficiently, it should be clean for LG

If LG bans bind and picks icebox i see them maybe winning, but i still think 100t are the better team overall, 100t 2-1

It allows 100T to ban Split. What are they going to pick? Haven? Idk but I think if LG could pick Split they'd have a 50/50 chance imo but they can't.
If LG ban bind, pick Haven. They have a chance to win though. They will have to win haven because I don't think theyll win ascent.
This matchup is overall going to come down to aproto's and thief's performances. If nitr0, asuna, and the rest of the gang shut them down, it'll be easy for them. However, aproto and thief are fairly consistent and I'd say that makes these games close. Statistically, Bind and Ascent are gonna be hard for any team to beat 100 Thieves on, but LG probably will put on a decent showing on Icebox, Split, or Haven. I'm guessing 100T is gonna win Ascent and Haven but LG will win Icebox. 2-1 100T

Cuz the previous match ended too fast. They just start the match right after the previous one ends.
It was listed as 5:30 but Sen 2-0 FaZe and ended early so this game started early

Asuna had a bad series let's hope he can return to form against GenG. If Asuna can return to form and everyone else can keep up what they did in this series, 100T should dominate. As for LG, they played a great game and won the clutches that 100T normally wins on Bind. Great game from Moose specifically
Anyone else think 100T was found lacking in terms of tactics today? LG calmly picked them apart on the last 2 maps. Hiko seemed like he was always a step behind in the info battle and it showed in his performance. 100T also couldn't bail themselves out with clutches like they often do.
LG adapted to steel's lurks which cost them icebox. Also, Asuna wasn't at his best but nice to see Dicey finally proving himself.
I have to say something, I'm not sure if i'm the only one who has noticed, but these past few weeks hiko and steel dont seem to get a long too well. Not only that but hiko has become so toxic on his stream and he was never like this before. Hiko changed a lot on my opinion and I just hope that isn't ruining their chemistry as a team.
