Everyone knew from the beginning he was going to go back to CS as his main goal is to win a Major thats why he fought so hard to get unbanned for Valve sponsored events. Jamppi has been nothing short of amazing in Liquid and he did his best eventhough he wasn't comfortable IGLing. He will probably leave after this season which is fine, gives Liquid time to solidy roles and get some experience with Link calling plays and Scream becoming full-time duelist.

TLDR: Good Luck to Jamppi and thanks for the incredible clutches in Champions. For the rest of you calling him a paycheck stealer, he put a tremendous effort to win with Liquid and paid deservedly so.
