tuyz and bang are NOT better than s0m + tenz literally only plays omen

posted 10 months ago

"one of the best cemented best controllers of all time" he had a singular good year πŸ’€+ tuyz definitely has the potential to be top 5 but he hasn't shown that yet

also this is what they get for dropping 2 great coaches and letting their players troll instead

posted 10 months ago

biggest fluke since acend πŸ₯±

only a matter of time until heretics wins, can't say the same for s0ntinels πŸ₯±

all that just to dominate the bottom of the league scoreboard is crazy

posted 10 months ago

don't forget to take it out of your mouth and breathe every now and then

posted 10 months ago

you know at some point you're just asking for it, like if you have 90 pages worth of abusive messages and you stayed in the relationship during all that it might as well be your fault 😹also there's the whole thing about how she cheated on him while he was in the military but I have no idea how reliable/true it is since I can't seem to find a good source

and it's hilarious when they throw around words like "manipulative", bitch he has 2 brain cells he can't manipulate anyone. both of you are retarded. anyway the text messages by the guy were seriously embarrassing, like it's hard to believe we share a similar genetic code

posted 10 months ago

how are people falling for this bait?

posted 10 months ago

except "most people" don't agree that something was the best rookie of 2023 and there's little to no justification to have him above demon1

posted 10 months ago

sen fans will try to convince us he's a top 5 controller itw before he even joins

posted 10 months ago

no? demon1 definitely had a better year

posted 10 months ago

leo is unanimously the best initiator, anyone who disagrees is delusional tbh

posted 10 months ago

is sekiro harder than elden ring? I haven't tried elden ring yet

posted 10 months ago

not happening, NRG is one of the few orgs in NA that can still afford to consistently overpay their players

does OCE even have a good pro scene in any game? their geographical location is limiting and their population isn't THAT big so I don't think this is abnormal or an issue with the system in particular (though the system does have its issues)

posted 10 months ago

yeah sure buddy, it's not "stealing". it's still illegal and you're making use of products that you haven't paid for the license to use 😹 and your moral questions are also stupid, try using your brain for a moment to think about why two people paying different sums for the same product (and one supports the creator while the other one doesn't) aren't on the same moral level

posted 10 months ago

you're entirely missing the point, sure you don't own the game in a legal sense but we're not arguing legality (and it's meaningless in this instance to go there). you pay for the license to access the game therefore accessing the game without that license is equivalent to stealing. let's think of it a different way, if a person pays for a lifetime gym membership and a person doesn't pay at all but also uses the gym, are they on the same moral pedestal? the person paying doesn't own the gym equipment, does that make it morally correct to use it without paying? and this is just an example from the top of my head, there's better examples that involve licenses in which case it's still unfair/illegal/morally questionable to make use of <whatever> without the license

you can use whichever terms you'd like such as "ownership" and "stealing" but both are ultimately irrelevant to the point you're making
also I'm not sure where you got the "most games don't allow mods" thing, from what I know it's the opposite

posted 10 months ago

"practically own it". more than 90% of the people buying a game aren't gonna mod it. same for the people pirating it, the majority of them aren't going to mod it. even the games with the largest modding communities only have a minority of the players actually using them.

posted 10 months ago

you do practically own most of the games you can buy and you still choose to pirate them 😹why do people try to get the moral high ground for this? you're pirating cause you're unwilling to pay, stop acting like you're doing something honorable or some shit

posted 10 months ago

don't forget to spit on it

posted 10 months ago

also this isn't to say that piracy is completely moral, since in some cases it does harm profits significantly. the point is that the issue isn't as clear cut as you make it to be

posted 10 months ago

I haven't read the whole thing, I've only seen extracts from it on news websites πŸ—Ώ
https://arstechnica.com/gaming/2017/09/eu-study-finds-piracy-doesnt-hurt-game-sales-may-actually-help/

you can either check on the news or read the conclusion at the beginning

posted 10 months ago

nah, few people pirate a game because they literally can't buy it, they pirate it cause they'd rather spend their money on something else.

there's also been studies that showcase that there was a correlation between games being pirated and their profits increasing (in %)
https://cdn.netzpolitik.org/wp-upload/2017/09/displacement_study.pdf

this isn't to say that piracy isn't, on some level, immoral but that's a whole other argument and then we'd have to consider how overpriced some games are, the studios developing them and their relative value etc etc

posted 10 months ago

it's not that unlikely but sen fans will never accept it KKKKKKKKK

posted 10 months ago

if I had a nickel every time someone said "I'd have a nickel" I'd have 500 nickels which is a lot since it isn't an interesting or funny or original or creative saying

posted 10 months ago

majority of people that pirate a game wouldn't have bought it even if they couldn't pirate it 😹piracy is thought to be bad since it harms profit but if anything it helps make more profit in most cases since some people who enjoy the pirated game end up buying the real version

same applies for most other online piracy

posted 10 months ago

they've barely won half of their games, is this the first one you watched?

posted 10 months ago

marved might just be the most overrated player of all time

posted 10 months ago

damn that's still pretty bad, for me everything other than bahrain/dubai is 120+ ping, when it reaches 170 everyone is teleporting around and it's completely unplayable

posted 10 months ago

is that a thing? does it bypass server lock?

posted 10 months ago

oh that's unfortunate

posted 10 months ago

yes? that's why he'd be a good addition to NRG

posted 10 months ago

I think every pro team podcast I've seen is pretty awkward but NRG's even more so, there's so many more interesting things they can do for content like simply short form QnAs (with actually interesting val related questions) but instead they're mostly just doing podcasts and tiktok adjacent content.

the only video I can think of in recent memory that was entertaining was the fiverr coach one

posted 10 months ago

bro wouldn't have been saying this if verno wasn't going to NRG 😹b0lkyl0tt0c0

posted 10 months ago

it's kinda funny how they have the biggest focus on social media of any org yet they manage to come up with the worst content. even c9's tips videos are better

posted 10 months ago

that's still not true, 2024 is literally the only year where they were really overrated
2022 they were pretty much irrelevant and no one gave 2 shits about them, 2023 people were saying they lost their 2 best players and they weren't being put in S tier by most at the beginning of the year

posted 10 months ago

yes the results were disproportionate to the quality of the players, but they were no super team

posted 10 months ago

no he doesn't, none of those rosters aside from 2024 were a super team even if you take into account how the players performed after they left the team

posted 10 months ago

fym 3-4 super teams 😹bro is talking for the sake of talking, the only one that was a super team was 2024
