he is the only agent who is using her in that pseudo initiator way and he gets so much value out of it. DRX's executes are impossible if hyunmin doesnt do the work to set up flashback first. and he needs a certain level of gamesense to know when to get out and when to stick around, and he doesn't seem to make mistakes on that aspect of using waylay.

Why is everyone getting waylay wrong? Hyunmin is currently the best waylay even if he makes some stupid waylay plays sometimes. He is the player who is getting the most value out of her kit for his team right now

westside is THE BEST RN PERIOD. i have never seen a player sit all of PRX down like that in raw aim duels in a very very long time.

sorry but joxjo is really bad. i remember his DFM days and even VCT Korea challengers days, he is good but not Tier 1 world champions material at all.

yeah. he won a masters and came second in another with that GENG roster, and full credit to them all. but its clear that meteor had a much larger role on that roster than we think

but flashback OP gave them control on a main one of those rounds and he even got a nice pick. then the rest of the roster got run down by odin and phantoms and looked so bad on the retake. i think their mental got broke in the second half.

i think freeing looked fantastic on the lurks in map 1 and 2. he was popping up everywhere when NRG least expected it. yes he messed up with the trips a couple of times but he really did his job in the first half of the game. but i do agree that if there was a scapegoat to be made on this roster, its no longer beyn but it would be freeing. flicker can play viper really well but tbh he cant play sentinel. yes its the easiest role to learn and i do think next year flicker over freeing could work but it doesnt fix the mental issue. this roster should NOT be choking like they did in map 2 and 3.

its literally only because of meteor. he is the real saviour of korea. the only korean player who is able to keep a stable mental for his team. i hope he gets some competent players and coaches on his team next year. he deserves all the hype he gets. i might stop hatewatching T1 now just to see him do well again.

did you see what happened when he did that? he got spammed out with the brawdin and mowed down every time. he couldnt get a pick. but then NRG just started spamming C over and over again but what could they have done? they were getting run over.

lets give termi credit where it is due. he did cook up an amazing waylay + second duelist stratbook. but he is not good as a coach who can bring the mental of a team back. DRX got frustrated and panicked due to that odin, leading to them making so many mistakes and even tac timeouts couldnt stop that.

if freeing has to go, i hope they bring in flicker and give him time to learn how to play sentinel. freeing was always a sentinel player but when he was thrown onto the initiator role, i think he forgot how to play his former role. also he was put in literally the worst most impossible situations on lotus. that comp was AWFUL on defense and hyunmin had 0 impact on waylay on the defense.

hyunmin and flashback were the only reason DRX had a chance in the first 2 maps. they were literally performing black magic on the NRG players all throughout haven and corrode. they crashed on lotus because they were getting carried in the first half by beyn.

only if he gets paid triple the rest of the team's salary because he would be the best player on the team by miles. westside is actually top 5 EMEA right now with his current form.

i think they panic when they get into a second half. as a long time former DRX fan, i can say that DRX almost always crumbles in the second half, whether they are winning or losing. they can go like 9-3 in the first half and then shit the bed the next half. and they are lucky to get overtime in those cases. it has to be a mental issue because they have been doing this for years now. if they dont close a game out quick, they throw really quickly.
