thats how the game works. the ones who abuse things are just better at the game, everyone has the same tools and if you dont use something clearly "broken" or meta youre just worse.
everyone had neon and tejo unlocked, every player can press b and buy an odin. if you dont, you make things harder for yourself and lose to the people who know what to use, whatever the next meta or broken thing is

they removed ascension for this, you cant get a vct spot anymore as a t2, if i was a org owner this would be a HUGE downgrade and probably going to see many orgs pull out now that the years long contract with riot is out of the question. a chance for champs spot is very cool but at the cost of ascension idk
