Until yesterday I didn’t drink that much water maybe just two or three glasses a day sometimes less
But holy SHIT. I took an empty 3 liter bottle and just kept refilling it with water and drinking. I drank like 5 liters of water today. At least 4 yesterday. And that’s only because this morning I didn’t start with a whole bottle and yesterday I only started drinking after 5 PM. As soon as I wake up tomorrow I’ll get on the water grind. It’s kinda crazy not being consistently dehydrated
The only bad thing about it is that I had to piss during a clutch I was playing out today and it sucked. At least I won
