Rib and thespike have been here for ages. They try to attract users by focusing really really hard to make their website good but the only users thespike has is banned vlr users.
They’re not used much simply because their forums are mostly dead.
Edit: also, like how I said they try to attract users through making their website good, a good example is how often stats articles/posts base their stats off of rib. Rib has better, more in depth stats but really isn’t going anywhere user wise

Brother introduced me to val esports like a week before they won First Strike, and hes always been a 100T fan so he pretty much got me into the team, and i liked all the players a lot, and have liked them all a lot. I even thought the ec1s/babyj iteration was fun to watch when that was a thing. Now we got 5 players who have a good personality, are good, and are fun to watch so its pretty great.
