im not denying that aiming on some characters is harder to aim on than valorant (specifically some. Mei Winston and Moira players will never be skilled, their crosshair doesnt even have to be on the enemy to hit them.)
I do think just IMO real valorant pro games are extremely strategically difficult, moreso than OW's strategic factors (and eventually hopefully it becomes a more complex strategic field than cs)

S tier is just teams with a bunch of really good players on paper
A tier is teams with pretty good changes and some who havent changed much that played last year
B tier is just inconsistent teams or rosters that (SEEM) mediocre
C tier is teams that have rosters that look like they will underperform
D tier is pretty understandable imo. idk who giants is but KCORP/mibr is making bad signing/releasing decisions, and KRU fell off hard last year (and dropped their very very good duelist...)
And RRQ is RRQ.

Also, not counting RRQ because they are RRQ, only 4 SAm/Pacific teams are in C and D. As compared to 5 NA/EMEA teams. Even if you count RRQ thats an equal number of EMEA/NA teams in C/D to Pacific/SAm
There are the same number of NA and Pacific teams in S tier.
There are 4 NA teams and 4 Pacific/SAm teams in A tier.
B tier has 4 Pacific + 1 BR team, and 3 EMEA teams.
C tier has 3 EMEA/NA, and 2 Pacific.
D tier has 2 EMEA and 2 SAm.
None of this is extremely inbalanced.
The ONLY tier SAm missed out on was S tier. And Pacific made it there anyway.
This is not "PUTTING SA AND ASIA TEAMS SO LOW", this is just a fair rating. Its not like EMEA/NA got special treatment, there's plenty of them in the lower tiers as well.

This is not heavily biased at all, its a pretty fair look.
