usually u can only delay until 24-25 ish. im not sure about munchkin's personal situation with all of that but he's 26 (?) so maybe he's able to delay it one or two more years?
iirc yoman wasn't brought to replace second caller (lakia), he was brought in to be the igl. he igl on NS and RA so munchkin moved to second caller. hence his not so good performance. as long as his calls win them games i think its ok. gen.g seems to favor two caller system anyway
