Madrid was just a first-time international experience for KC and TH (new and fresh talent players), so it was expected for them to go out quickly (still played better than LOUD tho, who snuck into playoffs with 2 chinese wins))
I mean NAVI got top 3/top 4 in lockin
TL got top 5 in Tokyo
FUT got top 7/8 and NAVI was realistically top 7 in Champs 23
NAVI top 7 cuz NAVI was realistically better than BLG & FUT (lost 2 closest b2b series in history of valorant (13-15, 13-9, 12-14 & 13-11, 11-13, 11-13)) and those 2 super close series were against DRX (5th), and LOUD (3rd)
EMEA got carried by FNC, with NAVI FUT TL GIA being mid and rest being ass.
AMERICAS also just got mega carried by EG and LOUD, with NRG KRU being mid and rest being ass.
AMERICAS is super overrated for 2023.
EG and LOUD were great. NRG was decent in LOCK//IN and Tokyo, but fell off in Champs VERY significantly. KRU was 4th best, but lost to GIANTS 0-2.
