EMEA was better for the first 2 stages and would be better overall in 2022, but they are lower since FPX couldnt attend and FNC had 2 subs. due to that, instead of "AMER > EMEA", i put "AMER >= EMEA"

Imagine you are a team in VCT stage 1. You are trying to qualify for both Toronto and EWC (EWC auto-quals 1st and 2nd from VCT Stage 1 in each region and gives advantages in the EWC qualifier to the 3rd and 4th in VCT stage 1 for each region).
When you see that EWC has more prize pool, would you not be trying more for EWC????????
