because benkai is a very good IGL but they're making russ IGL and benkai isn't playing up to what he used to

glad he seems to be doing mentally well enough to play pubs again and hopefully he continues to improve and work his way back and is stable!

KC is build upon being a european organization and on top of that yes, they still have a french person on the team. they also were very transparent on their rebuild of the organization.
GE said they'd be an indian team, then weren't and if they completely pivot away it'll be really bad for their brand which is build on being indian and having indian teams.

no idea, I think it might depend on the problem honestly. I think there are different teams for each area, so maybe on the technical side they're like what you got but stuff like shop, and your account status are different.
I accidentally added VP to the wrong account (I have two, neither are smurfs) and they immediately refunded the VP within 2 hours and I got the skin I wanted just before shop rotation. legends!
