I think chiwa is a bit worse than monster but iirc monster wanted to focus on IRL so that wasn't the biggest issue
the issue is that they dropped baddyG and br0die for 2 upcoming talents who are both duelists and put the worse one on duelist and the better one on off roles. on top of them having vuubit who they could've just promoted to a main player for free

zest great supportive player but needs a strong system (next point important)
legija is not a good coach
sscary good but taking no risks or space as controller on attack + he's snaked before (not good team environment)
crazyguy insane falloff

I think they need to get a new coach and duelist and if that doesn't work maybe sentinel

yeah I think they're better than KRU/NRG but it's honestly extremely close. I feel like every single team (besides MIBR) below G2 (including c9) are pretty close and it just depends on who finds form when.

I think runi and moose will be better this season now that they are more warm and integrated on top of oxy being nuts, but imho there's a really big gap between those top 4 and everyone else. putting them at 5th is more like they're extremely close to the rest rather than close to top 4 if that makes sense.

from what I've heard around the grapevine, some coaches in t2 na val are straight toxic or have favorites and there's a lot of nepotism in rosters. and it's been a pretty big issue for a while, so I get exactly what he's saying. right move to make.

to add some context to some of these steps:
most val pros in ranked are very nice, talk to them in-game and let them get used to your name in the server. add them or let them add you.
once you make a team, valo has really good scrim sites like gankster. get active and practice a lot! to add to the last part, you NEED to be playing premier as it is now a direct qualifier into challengers. you get into higher premier leagues by being a higher rank, so be sure to grind ranked first. you can also find good teammates that way!

he probably hasn't consistently played val since December 2022 when he was also playing in T3 pretty much like 19 months ago. I think he is probably diamond-ascendant level if we're being fair. doesn't mean he can't easily work back to immo but that's a LONG time to not be playing and coaching instead
