Due to the FPX core now being the current NAVI roster, the system carries over the previous core's H2H with NAVI the org. If you check match history, you'll also see the previous NAVI matches as well as FPX's.

The same case in which if you look at Gen.G's H2H against DRX, you'll see the On Sla2ers' H2H against DRX (because how the old ONS core is now the new Gen.G core), and you'll also see the old NA Gen.G results in match history.
