THIS. 100T are good team with a lot of potential, but they are overrated heading into next year IMO. They made a good roster change by adding Cryo, but is that enough? They didn't look amazing in Champions (with Will performing). Like I've seen people saying how 100T were on same level as FPX(NaVi) pre-2023 like what?
Also some of their players just get way too much praise for nothing. There's still people who seriously believe Asuna is top 3 entry/raze in the world while ignoring how mid and inconsistent he has looked. That's like saying Zeek is still the best. Bang is good, but I've seen people rating him over guys like Mako and Pancada, and saying how you are crazy if you don't rate him as top 3 controller. Like what? Cryo is really good, but again I've seen many rating him as potentially the best duelist entering next year while ignoring how competitive that role is etc.
I just don't even understand why some people are so pressed by this that they end up hating on random people who want to play games. Like I'm not 100% knowledgeable of what the controversy is even about, but holy fuck are some people sad and stuff like this just makes people want to support the game more. That's like attacking people who listen to Kanye West.
Looks pretty good and it got good reviews that was really surprising to me. Only combat seems bit boring and I'm not sure how alive the world feels and that's super important for game like this. Haven't watched much, but will likely test when it comes out.
I would replace bucher with Nille. I think Nille has been really impressive so far and I would want to see him on better team.
I mean if he is just an analyst he can easily stay in Sweden or wherever he lives and work from there. Its only tier 2 of NA.
Giants and KOI are most underrated rosters heading into Lock/In IMO.
fiber 100 mbit/s if I'm not wrong, but its part of rent. 1gb would cost like 30 or 40 euros.
PRX is risky, but I'm not going to bet much. Just to pump up the multiplier and I think PRX has higher chance than that to beat C9. Its new meta, new map(s) and Split should suit PRX pretty well. I'm still bit unsure of C9's roles and I think they could struggle because of that. For example Leaf's peak is really high, but what if he plays Killjoy all game long etc.
Yeah I think I will likely bet on Furia, because T1 didn't look convincing in Ludwig and Furia home buff. But I don't rate Furia highly either so dunno.
With low money I would likely bet something like
Leviatan 1.45
Furia 1.90
Fnatic 1.72
PRX 2.45
On site I bet on:
DFM 3.65 - 1.24 GIA
FPX 5.50 - 1.12 KCORP
BBL 3.40 - 1.27 DRX
C9 1.50 - 2.45 PRX
MIBR 1.55 - 2.30 TLN
TH 1.65 - 2.10 EG
VIT 1.19 - 4.25 GE
SEN 2.00 - 1.72 FNC
so I think I likely won't bet because pretty low profit or overall risky games like PRX has pretty good multipliers vs C9 and THvsEG and SENvsFNC has decent, but again are bit risky and Fnatic always loses my bets (mainly in LoL)
PRX's style is unpredictable especially with the map rotations and they are playing single elims. That should benefit them unless they really troll with the comps. I'm not a huge believer of PRX, but I think this format will benefit them. But I also think that C9 could answer pretty well with their firepower if they are on and beat PRX. I think both teams are bit overrated by some and could see either one winning. Originally predicted C9, but changed to PRX.
KOI vs NRG
I think Fnatic will own Sentinels so its not going to be a banger same with PRX owning C9 but who knows
mid and both will likely get eliminated 1st round
NaVi instead of Fnatic. If it wasn't for the war its possible that FPX could have been known as the best team of 2022.
I'm pretty sure Emil and d00mbros also said that Parla are scrim demons
Yep seems like it. Also he was playing agents like KayO and Skye in ranked yesterday and had some lineups(doesn't have to mean anything). So its going to be interesting to see who the duelist is. Like maybe xms on duelist could make sense, because his oping on Chamber was good? Or maybe Nivera is going for that role with his raw talent?
Apex Legends good game, but battle royale esports seems to be shit always. At least Fortnite felt decent production wise, Apex feels bit scuffed but I think its because of the game and EA isn't known for esport.
idk but I got evil ending first playthrough and felt bad :(
Lukaševičius brothers > Benrlitom brothers
Its multiplier 1.25 x your bet or 3.5 x your bet. 1 x means you get original money back and then rest are extra you gain. Higher chance for team winning the lower the multiplier for them is.
That's not how it works. If you bet 1$ on DRX and they win you get 1.25$(original bet +0.25$), while if you bet 1$ on BBL and they win you get 3.5$. Meaning that the chances of BBL winning are lower according to this betting site and DRX are the favorites with lower multiplier.
Underrated:
Giants (has good roster and IMO the most underrated currently)
BBL (I don't think they are that good, but I think it won't be easy 2-0 for DRX as many predict)
Overrated:
100T (they are good, but I've seen many rating them as top 3 or even the favorites)
EDG/FPX (Chinese teams always overrated)
Cloud, Molsi and Twisten will make waves
The problem is that they have no idea who most of the players outside of NA and top 3 EMEA are
Aspas and Derke. They are likely the most well rounded duelists atm. Can play top level Jett and Raze. Both have similar level if not better Jett than any top Jett while also having Raze that can rival some of the best.
TSM 2:1
OXG 2:1
because NA always trades map picks
They have such easy bracket outside of potentially facing Fnatic. But I still think they are overrated. Their Champions performance wasn't as great as some make it seem, especially if you considered that they only did so "well" because they were good on the new map at the time. And Cryo is definitely a upgrade over Will, but Will really stepped up for Champs. I still think that their roster is unproven outside of Cryo. Derrek and Asuna both looked pretty mid in Champions, Stellar didn't show that he can lead team to win a title, and Bang is good but its way too early to call him top 3 controller or whatever some say. Its possible that they will do well, but people are putting way too much weight on RedBull Homegrounds with newly formed teams playing old patch.
he isn't overrated, more like underrated by some
theres been teams who have picked harbor on Icebox as well, its nothing new
How is he overrated? Pretty much perfect duelist. Can play top level Jett, Raze and Chamber. Also has always been in like top 5 ACS wise every event while carrying Fnatic's ass at times. Him and Aspas are the 2 most well rounded duelists in the world. Like if he is the most overrated then how does Cryo deserve a spot in top 3 etc?
Americas got the stinky card. I'm not huge fan of the knife tho. I don't like VCT logo being in knifes and it just looks weird and I don't like the damascus texture.
I have nothing against BoDork but cmon. That's like saying "Nadeshot in the mud" after 100T loses. Nothing personal just trolling.
1 or 2 times a day. In the morning and in the evening if I have exercised or have gel in hair etc.
what a timing I just watched this movie yesterday for first time likely because of YouTube video
Dash is W, but damn is Valorant talent kinda lame.
*nothing personal just my opinion
Im kinda mad if we end up having 3 Turkish teams in the league.
nah he was Ana goat back in the days, but kinda fell of after OWL
VCT EMEA: Every team outside of BBL and FUT. Most excited of Vitality, Giants and KOI because I rate them as 4th-6th best teams and I think their rosters are really exciting and underrated in my opinion. Especially GIA and VIT have some individuals that are relatively unknown/overlooked now internationally, but will be making big waves in 2023 I believe. Guys like Molsi, Twisten, hoody, Cloud etc. But ofc NaVi, Fnatic and TL are going to be really exciting as well.
VCL EMEA: Polaris, at least for now watching most especially Apeks games. Human Tripwires got interesting with ec1s and Polvi addition. Fokus and bonk are also teams I will follow somewhat. Spain, watching some games here and there especially the top teams, at least checking the scores afterwards. Turkish also checking scores mainly. East, watching Acend games. Overall just watching if nothing better to do, but interest will likely drop after VCT starts.
VCT NA: not any team spefically, but will watch if I have nothing better to do and at least have open on 2nd monitor. Not super excited of any roster, but watching guys like Ardiis will be fun.
VCL NA: Same as with VCT, going to watch some hype matchups, but not super interested.
EMEA Ascension and likely NA Ascension
Hello Europe, VIT fighting!
Good luck! Post here when you post first content
27.1.2023:
Fnatic 6 - 2 [unknown]
Giants 3 - 6 [unknown]
KOI 6 - 4 [unknown] (like week ago 10-8 vs Apeks, started 0-5 down if I'm not wrong, take with grain of salt)
Liquid 5 - 4 Apeks
nah I don't think there's huge gap between emea top 3 and 4 especially if team like KOI is 4th like they should right now I feel like.
