yep runneR is good
thats why next year is going to be so exciting because there's shit ton of tier 2 talent in emea who are now joinign VCT. Like it was only against GE, but shows potential.
And how do you know KC wouldn't? Both them and Heretics are really similar teams. Bunch of young tier 2 talent bunched up with little experience, mixed in with 1 and half tier 1 players. Even though I like KC project bit more, the talent on paper isn't much different. And at least Heretics has played in off-season events.
We've known this for months. runneR is duelist main who was brought in as duelist, while Sayf apparently doesnt want to play duelist and prefers other roles.
Oh its really different type of game. Squad is FPS, but more realistic with time to kill, objective/teamplay, recoil etc. Kinda like Battlefield but more realistic and slow. Great game, but not for everyone.
Nah I'm not sniper lol. Game interested me since beta, but now when it fully released I decided to buy it also was on sale
Squad if you like milsim type games
Just bought Ready or Not, but haven't tried yet. Also tried The Finals and it was pretty fun after getting used to.
I like the players and see potential, but in noway can you call them top 5 yet. Shin is the only one who played in tier 1 last season, Magnum has past experience from 2022 but is IGLing for first time and rest are tier 2 prospects.
Guys like marteen, N4rrate and tomaszy don't make much difference to many of the tier 2 talent that got signed by other teams. Even though many act like they are going to dominate(I guess non-EMEA viewers who put a lot of trust in N4rrate). I do believe in these players, but we dont know how they will do.
What happened with Aslan? He was pretty good on BIG and performed well on S2G, but after just disapeared.
I highly doubt it. There really isn't any way for them to get it. Also at that point you should report the guy on Twitch and in-game with evidence. Should get banned. And let't say they had it(again impossible pretty much) what would they do with it? Knock at your door? DDOS? Not really realistic issues because you are likely just random guy playing the game unless they are psychos and you said some fucked up shit. So no worries.
Theres nothing cope about it. If you think this isn't 50/50 then I don't know.
Exciting match even tho BO1 sucks
Heretics takes it though
Very likely. Since rumors hes been playing mostly sentinel agents in ranked and stuff hes said on stream also supports that (obviously he didn't confirm but more like hinting). But I do agree with you, but they have 3 duelist mains so someone has to switch roles. I think they could have gone with any of them on duelist, but currently looks like marteen will stay on his role.
Both are duelists, but tomaszy almost certainly moving to sentinel role and marteen likely taking the duelist role, with n4rrate being flex.
True, but there's questions to be answered. How well both runneR and Kicks will do. And how is ceNder's IGLing. I also want to see Destrian keep up same form as last season, because I think he stepped up compared to his past performances. But they definitely have potential and could do well. Its just hard to tell for now.
Overrated, there's better ones out there Korea >
but jokes aside they are bit smaller streamers so wont mention and not too proud of watching them, but their males I swear
People are sleeping on NAVI. Ardiis will take them back to their peak form with logical roles and they will contend for every title this year.
IMO Ascendant is pretty chill for most part. I've had terrible season and rarely if ever get flamed
Liquid threw so many rounds they shouldn't have lost. It was really frustrating. So many times they would just snowball to losing rounds. That 5v3 postplant vs Sentinels on Split was the biggest throw I've seen in a while and summed up their short comings pretty well IMO. Looked a lot like classic Liquid even though its almost new roster.
But overall outside of Sunset that looked like ass from team to individuals, they looked decent and first event for this roster. In couple months they could be much better. Even Sentinels has changed a lot from their first games. I also think guy like Keiko was choking a bit maybe due to pressure missing smoke/dash with Jett etc.
I don't want to disrespect but MiniBoo or Kamo would look like godlike Yorus in GC.
nAts had good Haven, but his negative impact has been really high this tournament I feel like. So many times he just ends up dying in stupid situations or getting caught off guard for no reason and that end up snowballing to them losing rounds. Like you can always blame someone for losing rounds, but there's been so many where I'm like "nats cmon" where his death has had clear impact or something he should have won.
tier 2 prospect playing against experienced players on one of his first LAN tournaments
I haven't watched him in a while, but he played in VCT 2022 on OGLU. Before that I thought he was good tier 2 sentinel. So overall I would say he is decent pick for the role. At least tier 2 level. I don't have super high expectations for him, but I think he will do fine.
Americas, LATAM or/and South America
If you like the shape. Don't know aboutr Superlight 2, but Superlight has shit side buttons and one of the reasons why I got different mouse
I don't know how it actually works, but depends on situation in my opinion
For example Fnatic would work as UK team imo because of that's where the org is from and its European team.
But then again Liquid is EU team in Valorant because well they have European roster and play in Europe, even if the org could be considered American(founded in Europe).
Again like FaZe in CS is usually considered as European because majority European players.
I have no idea of Kajaak and Molsi's IGLing, but this roster is good on paper. Great to see that Apeks keeps investing into the Valorant scene and building competitive teams. Also this means that they will be playing in the East league. Apeks production good as well.
Jamppi has played so well today. Good fragging and good utility.
Don't know anything about Skullz, but Twistzz, NAF, YEKINDAR, Cadian is really strong when in form. Likeable team for sure and going to be fun to watch.
Didn't play, but the hype was massive so seems like it was a great game and deserved to win easily. But overall the Game Awards event was shit this year in terms of announcements. Gaming in 2023...
Has anyone outside of f0rsaken had master class performances on Yoru? I don't think so. I don't think anyone else on the list has done anything crazy that couldn't be overtaken by likes of MiniBoo and Kamo for example.
True, but at that point there would only be like 1 player on the list. How is Florescent there? TenZ with couple of games? At least Bipo has been playing Yoru for long even when it wasn't meta on maps where he wasn't meta. His understanding of Yoru easily overtakes most on the list. IMO there's more good Yoru players from tier 2 than from tier 1 because Yoru hasn't been very relevant in tier 1.
Not fully proven yet but MiniBoo and Kamo played pretty well in their recent games. But like I said previously this year we will see a lot of Yoru esp on Breeze I feel like.
Maybe because he is decent tier 2 players who is known for his Yoru.
Wait until we see EMEA teams. I feel like many will be playing Yoru on Breeze.
keiko for me
I have pretty high expectations for many of the tier 2 players coming in, but realistically some will fail
Pacific import anyone who is willing to join them. N4rrate is just tier 2 prospect among the many who got promoted from tier 2 EMEA.
I think it was pretty promising showing. Maybe not score wise against weaker opponent and not sure of Split and especially comp. But it looked like they were playing as a team. They clearly had idea of what they are doing and supported each other well with utility. Keiko and Mistic looked good and Keiko has clearly been practising Raze a lot and that's good. So well way too early to tell, but this Liquid looked like a team and that's most important takeaway imo.
Happy to see that his Raze looked pretty good. Bit of a question mark because he played mostly Jett in tier 2.
