xlg and wolves play much cleaner valorant than any murican team, the only thing that can hold them back is lack of international experience

  1. APAC - you know this region is competitive and strong af when teams that could outfrag and win against anyone from any other region like DRX, T1, Talon, BOOM and PRX are fighting for the last Toronto spot.
  2. China - has the best duelist itw right now. XLG, Wolves and both EDG/BLG are looking very sharp.
  3. AMER - Now that le heckin perfect valarante team Fart2 got exposed it only has two serious contenders - SEN and EG (if they keep current momentum). mibr only played against bums so I can't rate them highly
  4. EMER - this region is beyond doomed. Only has FNATIC as a team that can make it far. They also have Nats but there's so much one person can do

Nobody wants Shart2 to qualify nor do they have any genuine fans, 100T or EG making it would’ve made Toronto way more entertaining

posted 2 months ago

Team Heretics is good
G2 is good
Non-asian team will win Toronto
C9 will qualify for an international
Leo will return
Leo will return in the same shape as he was before he got sick
Meteor is not a top 3 player itw

Shitrerics are not qualifying for Toronto so it’s not happening

posted 2 months ago

It’s not mibr in particular it’s that whichever team aspas joins that fanbase becomes a nuclear wasteland

Two of the most toxic and delusional fanbases duking it out…who’s gonna outflame the other?

Whoever believes Bangkok wasn’t a mickey mouse tournament is delusional
Not that shart2 winning would make it any more valid but most teams fluked their way there

To even place top three in toronto? with the way mibr is playing they would decimate memea’s best team (fnatic) and leave no proof of their existence around. Let’s not even talk about pacific right now (strongest region atm)

Hi VCT EMEA fans,

Ahead of today’s show, I wanted to jump on here and address the ongoing tech issues we’ve been facing during Stage 1.

First and foremost, I want to apologise to our fans, players, talent, and partners. What you’ve experienced falls well below the standards you deserve when it comes to both the player environment and the viewer experience. In real talk - I know this has sucked and it's just not good enough.

To provide some transparency: we’ve been experiencing recurring technical issues that have affected gameplay stability when matches are played offline at the Riot Games Arena in Berlin. Resolving this is a really complex challenge while we’re in the middle of the Regular Season, because the studio is being used almost everyday, giving us little time to take systems offline and investigate thoroughly. It also requires the attention of multiple teams, both on-site and around the world, and involves everything from network infrastructure to game and client access.

That has meant that in order to continue matches without extended delays, we’ve had to temporarily switch to online servers. Unfortunately, this introduced new challenges, including ping-related issues leading to further tech pauses.

But at the end of the day the 'why' doesn't matter. What matters is that this has been hugely frustrating for the players competing, casters and co-streamers working on the show, and most importantly for the fans watching back home. I assure you everyone here cares deeply about the VCT, is working hard to resolve the root cause, and is focused on getting back to the standard you expect and deserve as soon as possible.

We have a window between the end of the Regular Season and Playoffs kicking off on May 8 during which time we'll be able to more deeply investigate the issue and find a solution that gets us back to the standards fans deserve. We’ll continue to keep you updated, including sharing the progress we’ve made ahead of the Playoffs beginning.

Apologies once again, we know this isn’t up to the standards you expect and deserve. We will keep working hard until everything is fixed.

Zero international wins since 2023
Zero new good teams since then
No memorable or respected new players - people still cling to ancient relics like Leo and pray he suddenly comes back to bring this region to its former glory
Fortunately for techmea fans FNC now has my king crashies which means trophies won’t be out of reach for shitmea
