Yeah, Riot is actively listening to feedback. But there's so many factors in a 14-player game that there always are gonna be bad spawn moments. It's going to take a lot of work to get a properly working DM.
If Riot have no more words about DMs, then I have no problem with you saying anything about it.
And objectively, it isn't too bad. If you don't like DMs as warmup method, just try sth else. The Range and retake/bomb plant practices work just fine

I mean, I never feel like watching 2-3 strings of matches for a month or two. A tourney is much shorter, and at most 2 weeks and a half if it has full blown play-ins, small RRs and a final playoffs. It's just a more compact style that I prefer, it doesn't drag on like series.
