No point in reading, it's Twitter. Twitter is filled with toxic fans/stans and even the celebrities

Some NA players like to make troll comments like that. I don't even have to watch the interview to know that's trolling, no matter the region that said it

If an investigation opened and all possible evidence came forth and their conclusion came to an end and declared sinatraa innocent, there would still be the same amount of people saying he's a rapist because those people wouldn't trust that a proper investigation occurred, and quite frankly none of us will ever know how much "investigation" was actually done.

It's "boring" in the sense that they just faced off against each other twice very recently. People want to see teams from different regions face off.

posted about 2 years ago

Depends. Are we talking for average team talent, or peak team talent in each region?

This changes a lot for different regions, but to be fair some regions have a MUCH LARGER talent pool, like I'd imagine Japan falls off hard after Zeta, and Zeta being peak talent is already not great, but their population/pool of players is slimmer, with a population of only 125 million.

EMEA on the other hand has around 2.2 billion people, and the fact that they're not really ahead of any region besides 1 team in their region is pretty bad. They have 4x the population to pool from than NA for example.

As an NA fan (feel free to check my history, very obvious), I want Xerxia to win. I want to see TGRD vs Xerxia instead of TGRD vs Optic, and I think there's no chance Optic wins the whole thing. I feel bad for yay though, he deserves it for carrying so hard.

They placed G2 and TGRD on opposite sides, that for sure wasn't random.

  • They placed 2 NA teams together to ensure at least 1 NA team moves on
  • They placed 2 Asian teams together to ensure at least 1 asian team moved on
  • They expected Fnatic to move on and have G2 v Fnatic to ensure 1 EMEA team moves on
  • They gave Loud the odd team out/weakest team possible to ensure 1 BR team moves on

Looks pretty deliberate, and now one team from every region doesn't immediately get kicked out the first round.

If it doesn't exist, then how can you and I see it?

posted about 2 years ago

You're over complicating it.

while(!winning) {
dropPlayerWhoIsntTheIssue();
signNewPlayerWhoWontFixTheIssue();
}

Unfortunately, they haven't been able to ever leave the loop. Also, the team has never had good chemistry.

I'm glad I never bothered to make a twitter. I've heard it's filled with toxic Zoomers

It's not that the justice system is incompetent, it's that it's "innocent until proven guilty" and in most sexual assault cases unfortunately there's a lack of evidence. It sucks and I feel bad because a lot of people who are guilty go free, but the idea is that we try not to convict an innocent person, and even that happens at times, although rare.

First, Optic (NA's 2nd place team) win.

Second, Fnatic (EMEA's 2nd place team) loses.

You have something new to say?

posted about 2 years ago

DRX didn't get to start off in playoffs and have looked super clean. I think they have a real shot at winning.

posted about 2 years ago

Ok I'm back and games are over. Do you have anything new to say? :)

posted about 2 years ago

I enjoy giving EMEA crap because they love making excuses for their losses, but you need to chill kid

posted about 2 years ago

I dislike him because he match fixed, but... he is a great player.

posted about 2 years ago

EMEA wants Optic to lose more than any other region, just so they can continue to pretend they're the best region in the world and talk shit

Can't wait until EMEA don't win Iceland after being given 3 slots. Don't worry though, "we're still the best" as they make excuses about X team not being able to make it, and Y team had a sub in groups, and Z was 4th place so of course they're a bad team

Cringe EMEA would rather make fun of other regions instead of supporting their regions. I respect BR the most because they support their region more than trying to talk trash, even though EMEA constantly calls them Bronzil.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean, North America has a population of 520 million and Brazil has a population of 210 million and NA only gets 2 slots, so.... why should you get more than 1? LATAM has a population of 660 million, meaning you think 210 million should get 2 slots while LATAM outside of BR should get 1 slot who has a population of 450 million?

I see the logic behind their decision, and at least they allow Brazillian teams to compete for the 2nd spot.

I'm not reading this, but feel free to reply if I'm wrong and I'll read a line of text. Wasn't his "not cooperating" the fact that he said he had a full video he was going to release, but then it wound up that Sinatraa (said he) was lying and didn't have it, thus it meant he didn't cooperate by handing over the video he said he had.

posted about 2 years ago

Not me, I'm one guy. I think Brazil is big enough as a region and has enough fans to have its own spot.

I for one am ready for Korean Valorant Supremacy. First Overwatch. Valorant.... soon.

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah, even the weakest players have clutch moments. Zest is good, but definitely the weak link

posted about 2 years ago

The issue is that we would for sure have 2 Korean teams, and it'd be a shame to ruin Japanese enthusiasm/viewership

posted about 2 years ago

Truth be told, they're great against NA teams, but they've had a few losses, including against TGRD, V1, RISE. Most of their games are super close, like against C9, who I would've rather seen in Iceland.

Who are you?

They're casters who cast for a region. A big part of their purpose is to build hype. They're not analysts who need to focus on facts and ignore bias.

posted about 2 years ago

Almost every coach was a pro player at some point...

on a more important note, I'm sorry to hear BR fans. I hope he can get well soon and play in time. It's a good thing Loud doesn't have to go through Groups

posted about 2 years ago

Stop the presses, English casters hope the best for English teams.

If only there were non-English caster, hmmmmm

Oh wait, there are you fucking moron

posted about 2 years ago

Despite going 0-2, yay went 36/33/10 with 11 FK and 10 FD. Meanwhile Victor and FNS shit the bed map 1, and FNS was useless until defense map 2.

tldr: Optic needs to get rid of FNS, because that wasn't a 5v5, it was a 4v4 struggle with yay and crashies trying to carrying

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah, and you ever watch the Olympics. There are always regions leagues behind others in certain sports, but that doesn't mean you cut them from international competition

Stop replying to 100TBoeJiden threads!

or any comment they make

also, vlr threads are shit and will remain shit because it's filled with no life baiters like the OP, and nobody moderates

China banned gaming for anyone under 18, F. Their esports scene is going to die

posted about 2 years ago

I mean, everyone should've expected this stomp. DRX look good either way, and I can't wait for them to go against EMEA or NA

posted about 2 years ago

The way you talk about them, it means if they bust here then Br is screwed as a region for years to come

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah, I'm super nervous about TGRD's inexperience internationally, but looking forward to it. Should be great games all around. This Iceland should be fun.

posted about 2 years ago

and yet you haven't been in a single game where there aren't skins on basically every drop. Why lie? Maybe you're just broke region, but NA every single game 9/10 players have skins on a majority of their weapons

posted about 2 years ago

and I know of at least 20 people who have 1 or more accounts, skins for every single gun bought, and that includes their alternate accounts.

Find a single game where you don't pick up a weapon with a skin, it's impossible.

L + ratio

posted about 2 years ago

too overpriced? It's what, $20, maybe $40? After that you have the full game and never have to put up another penny. In Valorant you need to buy agents or bother grinding points to unlock champions and have to pay for skins.

I GUARANTEE you that the average Valorant player has spent sooooooooooooooo much more money than the average Overwatch player, including initial game purchase cost

posted about 2 years ago

nah

posted about 2 years ago

I don't know about paying "so much more", but the guarantee minimum with benefits is there

  1. This was 24 hours ago
  2. He was in placements (Plat)
  3. Numerous people have made it to Immortal (maybe some Radiants) with 60 Hz

The Guard is currently my favorite team, but chill

posted about 2 years ago

Every single person/team has something to lose by not winning. I feel like The Guard as an organization might not be as harsh about dropping players/coaches like some other teams, but in esports that's always something to worry about. They grew super quick, but that means they can die off super quick.

I hope The Guard win it all.

posted about 2 years ago

Similar, but very different. VS had glow, who is 34 years old, and stax is 22 now.

VS also didn't come out of nowhere. They were very much expected to dominate Korea with former CS:GO pros on their team from the only Korean cs:go team that ever did any decent internationally.

The Guard were completely unknown and just kept winning. valyn came from a t2 team, trent from ranked, jonahP t2/t3, neT t3, and Saya from t2.
