Mirage is a good map but its so puggy every1 knows how to play it and it has been in the rotation the longest of all current 7 maps so for me its boring af but for new players you are gonna find super fun, inferno is great, nuke is great but requires a lot of teamplay and good understanding of rotations + very ct sided so dont recommed playing it in pugs, vertigo is great imo specially for pugs, havent played ancient but seems really fun, overpass is not a bad map but is the other team is way better than yours you are going to get fucked and dust2 has some issues but still fun since its an aim heavy map

I mean its a smart choice probably, FNS better igl but Zander way better firepower and in world cup type tournaments its not so much about strats but firepower
