Should be a very interesting match. I think judging by how hot these teams both are, whoever goes into the losers bracket is going to destroy IMT/LG.

Yeah I agree that FPX definitely can't be left out of contention. I just wouldn't be surprised if this ended up being the title match as well.

The last time these two faced, there were two different players on both sides. In addition, both teams have stark stylistic changes. I'd be surprised if the result was that SEN-favored as last time, but I don't think I would go as far as to predict 100T 2-0. I think 100T and SEN both have a lot to work on. In my opinion, like a lot of 100T's games, it will come down to Asuna's ability to click heads in crunch time. 100T are always on top when Asuna's on top. If we get the Asuna that played against LG last week this is 2-0 100T all day. If it's the same Asuna as against IMT, both maps will be close but 2-0 SEN.

No cap these might be the two best teams right now

The question is, are there other people that can hold sites like that and still frag?

Shahz said otherwise in the interview

You can look in the stats page and sort by belgium if that helps

Gonna be a lot of controversy about this take, but here's my USA roster:
FaZe Babybay (Jett)
IMT Shot Up (Reyna/Phoenix/Raze)
NV crashies (Sova)
LG aproto (Cypher)
100T nitr0 (Omen -- I know Ethan is doing it now but he definitely still can)

Agreed. His impact on defense was marginal, with the only good rounds he had being 3ks, one with op and one with knives.

(apart from leaf of course)

xeta's like the one good member of the team rn idk man

Technically they did deserve it over GenG. The weird thing is whoever lost that CH3 Quarterfinal made it to Masters, while the winner didn't. No way to predict that.

posted about 3 years ago

If Asuna on point, 100T rolls em. If he isn't, it's a lot closer.

posted about 3 years ago

Granted, Shahzam had a couple of great rounds towards the end but he was one of the main factors of their defeat on defense.

Crazy second map. Dre with the clean shots.

How do I know that? Multiple sources on C9B said so. Also, I'm sure they could, but I don't think they're just magically going to form into a power team, good players need time to gel and get along.

Sinatraa's aim and utility usage is exactly what makes him a good player. Tier 2 players don't just stumble on #1 in ranked and they don't just play as well in intense situations against tier 1 players. I agree that there are a lot better aimers than him, but he's a good well-rounded player. Also dicey isn't better than him.

TenZ did kind of get away with a lot on C9, I don't think some of his bullshit is going to fly on SEN. Like when he ignores some of IGL calls and strats.

posted about 3 years ago

The heck is that camera work, observers just trolled a good play

posted about 3 years ago

Course he will. You think TenZ plays sova?

posted about 3 years ago

Maybe they only had 10 slots

Oh ok.

Another route they could take is finding a suitable jett op replacement (I know Shahzam is a god at opping, but his sova is pretty clean as well). There are a lot of good Jetts on the market imo. Imagine a SEN dicey or SEN c4lypso

I could also see Pr0phie, TiGG, or Critical join SEN from one of their t2-3 teams.

Look, I know BcJ is on XSET, but he's one of the best Sovas in NA and I think he would leave XSET if they lose. SEN BcJ also has a nice ring to it.

I saw from one second of looking at your youtube video with that fake twitch chat that you could never steal someone else's gf. Sad but true.

Not cool.

NV are just so dominant on every map on both sides of the board. I have a hard time seeing them lose to anyone, and I don't think GenG is going to break the mold with a win here. NV 2-0.

Just saying, FaZe literally never ban Haven. Didn't against Sentinels, didn't against T1, didn't against NRG, etc. Icebox and Haven are their best maps and they are definitely confident. They have banned Split pretty much every time in Challengers 3 and leading up to it. They just know what works and what doesn't I guess. Icebox is probably getting banned by XSET though. Should be a very entertaining game though with the amount of flashy plays happening on both ends. FaZe 2-1.

For the Sentinels game, comparing a member loss to 100T's performance in CH1, it's probably not gonna go well for them so LG definitely are going to be the favorites. LG 2-0.

Firstly, Shot Up is a monster. Between him and Asuna, we could have two of the best aimers in NA showing off. Should be exciting to watch. In the way of a prediction, I think that Asuna has been off and on lately and that has impacted the performance of the team a lot, even with Ethan. That being said, I'm sure after CH3 the team is more confident in each other and even though they might not be a well-oiled machine quite yet, I think we'll see a lot more out of them as they gain experience together. If they don't win against IMT, I feel like they could have a run of the loser's bracket beating out teams like Sentinels and then GenG/XSET. Either way, I think this will be the most interesting game to watch out of the first four. IMT 2-1.

Yeah you definitely did post that

Championships gonna trip head over heels for them now I guess.

To be fair the question was pretty dumb. But people definitely don't sugarcoat things around here.

posted about 3 years ago

But he's also been Radiant and has decent knowledge of the game beforehand. Plus with Hiko/Steel/nitr0 he can get all the tips he needs in a short amount of time.

posted about 3 years ago

I feel like G2 is a possibility, but with the way their team has been going recently, they'd need a big improvement to stand up to NIP/FPX type teams.

posted about 3 years ago

I'm just saying, Hiko used to be a LOT heavier haha. He looking kinda thic rn

posted about 3 years ago

Yeah I heard that dude's a god

posted about 3 years ago

Crazy news. If the drop stands, let's see who will fill for Sentinels. Maybe a SEN BcJ in the future? Just speculating.

oh lol I thought you were a fanboy for a sec

You might wanna change the name, just saying

SEN plays Friday not Thursday by the way.

posted about 3 years ago

No offense but brax and skadoodle aren't even tier 1 players right now. Brax and AZK were dropped for a reason and Skadoodle definitely needs to change something right now. roca's not been successful as a team but him as an individual has crazy levels of aim and skill.

posted about 3 years ago

Riot doesn't care about playerbase they care about $

posted about 3 years ago

For the record I don't actually think he's #2 but he's still easily in the top 10 so it's not that crazy.

posted about 3 years ago

Why not? You clearly haven't seen him play. Go and WATCH some of Luminosity's matches a month back. Your mind will be changed.
