Well, here's my line of thought for picking the university I wish to attend:

1. Must speak english, I don't want to go to NZ (4/5 EN countries remaining)
2. Must be competitive
3. I don't want to be stressed in HS, UK admission process and lack of holistic evaluation makes me not want to go (3/5 EN countries remaining)
4. I want to study a natural science/environment related program (ex. Earth sciences, environmental science, ecology, etc)
5. UBC is good, let's aim for UBC.
6. What about the US? It seems a bit dangerous for me to study there and having visited, I personally feel like the cities are generally unpleasant compared to other places around the world.
7. Canada and Australia left, both have great environment to study in and great environments to study. However, Australia's application window is late in the year, and their IB requirements are pretty low so they do good for safety.
8. UBC Canada it is :D
