People get caught up in thinking production, and the "vct" name is what matters but its always going to be prizepool, and being considered the winners of a 8,12,16 team event of the best teams in the world.

Not only this, but lets assume the players did care about fan experience, why would they not want to provide more games to the fans? and for themselves, people act like these guys should stay home and prep for the next game instead of be on stage

ik a lot of people are fans of teams who always make international tournaments, but if youre a fan of a team like gentle mates its pretty obvious MAJORITY of players hate how little games are played, and that even if EWC is hard for teams like PRX who are coming off a long run at toronto to win, its okay because it gives teams like KC and Heretics time to bounce back and compete, again its not supposed to be 1000% fair, but its FUN for people who dont just bandwagon the top teams itw

overall, obviously this year the EWC was flawed, but assuming next year that the season is longer in general, and better spacing (no fuckups like EMEA had before toronto)
