won first map, up 10-1 on the second map, and had a 5v3 on the 10-2 pistol, and not only still lost the map, but got a total of 6 rounds after first half of split in the entire match
cannot be understated how disastrous that is... these players should be fined for losing a game like that honestly

think you're overvaluing their masters' performances
and they didnt get "shitted on" lol
KC went 35-33 against PRX in rounds in their match and TH ran PRX close in their 1-2 loss as well
and if you think either of those teams are "mid" you've completely lost the plot

depends on how you define 'top-heavy'
there's definitely a massive divide between the good teams and the bad ones but imo theres also a lot of good teams

if apac is behind emea in your opinion, what do you think the breakdown looks like in that way to make them worse? ik the numbers are arbitrary in some sense but curious how you think the concept applies

idk, i think a serious part of the reason th and kc beat fnatic is because they both play much more disciplined and have extremely good fundamentals
fut and navi don't really have that kind of focus on fundies that heretics and kcorp do

? in what way is my comment bait lmao the comp is designed to fight aggressively in pre-plant situations because their only plant util is wingman, but zeta used their util really poorly and took a ton of dry fights and struggled to get bomb down cleanly on A site, and did not have number advantage postplants, which should be the goal of the gekko/kayo/jett comp
i also think that the goal of the comp does not flow well with how icebox is structured - fighting aggressively in that way is risky and when you are zeta and seemingly can't use your util, the comp is even worse
i would so much rather see a harbor or a sova or a sage over one of kayo/jett both in general and based on how zeta played
icebox is the simplest map in the game theres honestly not that much room to fuck this up imo

the comp just lacks direct plant assistance that requires the team to compensate by fighting with the flash util and zeta havent used a flash in their entire lives it seems
