I agree that rrq should have qualified over t1 based off of groups play, but t1 legitimately played considerably better in playoffs. they showed a step up that wasn't on display in group stage and gen g only looked back in form after getting dumpstered map 1 and going 7-0 down map 2. if drx played more clinically gen g would have played the exact same as they did the rest of the game, as they did against t1, as they did in all of group stage.

i think t1 would lose to drx, not geng if they replay it
geng didnt just have an off day, they've genuinely looked worse off than they did at the start of the season

g2 are not frauds
and t1 played well in playoffs

nrg are NOT better than g2 and neither are eg

i agree that real sports are difficult to rig, but the fans that talk about it sometimes have ground to stand on in that outside factors can play a serious role(refs can make bad decisions), the only factors in valorant are the 10 people in the server

they might not be top 5 overall quality wise but they definitely earned their spot, they were performing like a top 3 team in the region would, especially toward the end of the split/playoffs
