In your elo, your agents don't significantly impact winning your games. But if you wanted to learn the role and play it as you ranked up, I would start with Sova because he's always been meta and played on most maps

for KAYO, just ping the spot you want to flash and stand 25 meters away. flash will pop around that distance. for right click, its about 6 meters. running backwards flash is 15 meters

you'll get a feel for it the more you play but those are just some numbers to help u
