emea has a lot of teams and orgs in it, all the other regions are kinda dead so it makes sense to have more imo
They're wasting those slots. They should give them to a stronger region, like NA.
na has literally 2 big orgs in it flyq and sr. all the other teams are fa so it's better this way. also not like there's a big skill difference between na and eu other than shopify
edit: yfp is not free agent but they're a pretty small org
