I 100% understand what you're saying and it for sure applies to physical sports, but it's not exactly the same thing for esports, especially ones where being hyperfocused and not letting anything distract you is a very big factor in determining your performance

Anderzz and JoshRT have both proven over and over that they can have very strong reads on new metas. I think G2's best shot at winning a trophy next year will likely be Masters 1 again, with the same roster fired up and coming in strong with fresh ideas
