What do you think is the most underrated team going into 2026?
Old Harbor + Chamber. Cascade to get him on a contested line, he gets a kill and tps back. Rinse and repeat once or twice a round
Fg
This was supposed to be a reply to #2 mb
Seems legit. I haven't heard anything about supamen yet so he could be staying, and C0M, bao, and Okeanos have all been rumoured already
Of course you're an iPad kid bro it all makes sense now
PRX something
G2 jawgemo
DRX HYUNMIN
Etc. etc.
Feels like the skin has had a revival of sorts
It has to be yellow RGX 11z Pro Vandal, no?
Chronicle vanishes in finals regularly
Good thing 95% of matches aren't finals
Would it really be considered a choke if they don't qualify out of the group, though? They're only 3 points ahead of Iceland, and the only games left other than their rematch are France probably beating Ukraine and Iceland definitely beating Azerbaijan
Remind me how they did at the following event?
You say "oh ok" and then proceed through life as you have previously
I'm ranking the teams as they currently are (I'd put NV below SLT because they only have 3 players but I'm an SLT hater)
It's hard to put a team with zero players higher than 8 tbf
Surely we can't have this much free time on our hands
I'm picturing a double duelist double controller comp where they play something like Yoru Raze Fade Omen Viper (leaf would be on Viper)
jawgemo + trent (my hot take for G2 is that we'll see trent back on Raze at least once next year)
This isn't a real rumour but even if it was, why would this be a bad move?
Riot tend to reuse their scripts a lot. I recycled M1 from 2025, Champions from 2023/2024, and M2 is a combination
Underdog 3-2 favourite
Team that made changes right before regional playoffs 3-1 upper bracket team (VLR calls their run a fluke)
Cinderella story 3-1 second best team of the year
I can't name names without jinxing so I'm not gonna
I don't work out currently because I'm a wimpy computer nerd, but I'm thinking of getting into it just for the benefits
As a pocket pick, I believe he can still work on any map that isn't Breeze
Because the alternatives are Reddit (no) and Twitter (ew)
1 sub + off-roles on some maps
All he said is "Don’t you worry, I’ll tell you guys the whole story" which could very easily be either a) reaction bait or b) unrelated to the scrims
SEN played against their academy team (2 subs), the newly Ascended team (1 sub + off-roles on some maps), and a very dysfunctional C9 that was formed pretty much the day before the showcase tournament. This Fancy United team has been the same 5 players for the majority of the past year
Trialing players ≠ making roster moves
A team can and will trial anyone it wants, but at the end of the day, if you're a solid team with a long-standing core and the trials aren't very convincing then you're not gonna make changes. These trials are more of a "no harm in seeing what happens"
This is their first match as a roster and it's with mere days of synergy, and they're playing against the same team that could beat Motiv 2-0
Airborne Robots by F-777 goes unreasonably hard
Yeah, you can rotate them. They all play a bit differently but by now you understand what their kits do so learning what they can do on specific maps and sticking with them will be beneficial. I'd recommend starting with one sentinel on every map just so you get a good set of protocols in place, and then add agents whenever you feel is ready.
Of course, this is just my take, if you feel you can develop yourself more easily through a different approach then by all means 👍
I forget you're Viva's biggest fan sometimes 😅
I was a massive fan of Kai/FengF swapping duelist and sentinel back in 2024. It's a shame the Tejo meta happened because otherwise I honestly think they'd be a top team in CN
No, not at all. I strongly believe he is in a worse state than he was prior to the changes. If anything he'll see less play than before, because they've taken the one thing he was really good at in professional play, which is defaulting his High Tide and Cascade at the start of the round to create space and deny info (a couple examples of this are LEVIATÁN's mid wall on Abyss, NRG's B Main Cascade, and LOUD's B/Mid defense wall on Icebox back in 2023)
My favourite fruit is the cloudberry
Dunno what my new favourite teams in each region are yet, so I'll give you my old ones
Americas: LOUD
CN: Trace Esports
EMEA: Karmine Corp
Pacific: ZETA Division
I don't recommend playing Harbor in that case. If you're not super familiar with Harbor then he can be one of the easiest agents to accidentally team sabotage with
Idk your agent pool enough to suggest replacements, but if I'm being honest you could make anything work as long as you have an initiator + Viper Killjoy
Never tried it. Haven't even tried a durian before
No hablo español, así que responderé en inglés, ¡lo siento!
My current opinion on VALORANT is that the balance is a bit out of wack. Patch 11.08 did more harm than good in terms of comp variety (though we haven't seen serious professional games yet so take that with a grain of salt) and it just feels like they're not addressing the problems of agent selection in both ranked and pro. I am excited for the future of the game, though... the UE5 update and the things said around the time of the release of skirmishes have me optimistic :)
Favourite map is Lotus, favourite agent is (old) Harbor
