cuz its too risky, Sinergy among teammates is important, but a girl player brings more problems, like to the players that have girlfriends it might cause jeaulosy problems, the players who are single can possibly develop an unhealthy relationship. There are too many bad people in the E-sports scene and that can have an affect in such a project, remember the coaches that showed their dicks to the girl playerS?
Now, that is no fault of the girl, but to summarize there are too many factors right now that make having a girl player more of a hassle than a good buy.
It would take a very dedicated project to create a mixed team, it could also cost alot, and since the Esports scene right now makes negative money its not a good investment right now.

My problem is more that he needs TOO much skill to be as good as the other options, if he atleast was top 2 on 1 pro map it would be fine, its expected that jett would dominate due to OP meta. but he isnt, he is also very limited in his usage, his skill floor is high but his utility is low.

How about if his Tp's became recharging like omen, and every time you fake it it spawns a clone?

Also and this one is a bit extreme, Make him an initiator, he sucks as a duelist, keep the clone in the tp, take away the clone standalone and put some other ability to round out his kit as an initiator

In BR there is a team called TBK, this team was the only team that during the KRU curse actually stood a chance against them, and the closest at the time to break the curse.
In this team there is a player called Matheuzin, Matheuzin is a bit old for an E-sports player, he has a wife and child who he cares for while having a dream to become a succesfull pro.
During the LCQ where Tbk almost won against KRU, matheuzin didnt see his kid for almost a month, which he only got to see right before the game as his wife and kid managed to go to the tournament watch him.
Matheuzin is a great Sentinel, i hope he gets picked up by franchising or that his team wins ascension. I wanna see the dad win
in franchising im a loud fan. but in my region, i have been following TBK since early 2022, i really liked Matheuzin's story of being a dad and having to balance his personal life with his dream of being a sucessfull pro. i really hope he gets picked by franchising
