sorry what, my theory is that nzr's frustration in not developing a more tactical playstyle across multiple rosters is why he was so angry.

In the Furia BTS video he mentions "being tired of disagreements in vod reviews and not following what was agreed before the match". Basically a general disorder between the Strats and players.
This is odd considering Nzr has barely joined the team, in the video he is clearly at his wits end.

My guess is that this is a compilation of issues that started with Onur.

Onur stated that he didn't believe in antistratting, and one of the most memorable things Nzr said after Onur left was that he wanted to develop more Strats and metas. Basically, he wanted a more tactical approach while Onur aimed for a more Fundamentals approach.

This frustration must've affected his relationship with the team, considering he got kicked out in weird fashion, we know that he is partly innocent due to his friendship with Aspas, who did not want him to leave and joined Lev specifically because of him. (Other orgs has better financial offers)

This compunds into his outburst recently, Furia is a disorganized team clearly. But I believe NZR has been frustrated for a while now. Why does this matter?
I basically want to make a few points to clarify

if Furia's team gets nuked, the new team must be created by a combination of both the acting head coach and NZR. If Mwzera proves to be an asset in NZRs perspective, then he can stay.

When LEVIATAN implodes, we must remember this situation, Nzr had seen the same Furia situation on Lev, he tried to change it, but it didn't work.

I don't know what will happen to Lev, but I'm sure the next roster iteration that contains Nzr will also have Aspas and Pancada

EDIT: i worded this poorly, i do not think onur is at fault for Furia's defeat, i believe he is at fault for Leviatans defeats during his time there, i also believe he is a contributing factor to NZRs frustration since for some reason only God above knows, Onur doesnt believe in antistrats. Furia would lose even if NZR wasnt frustrated.
