  This guy has been MiBr's hard carry for a while now, I've only seen him have mid performances when the rest of his team wakes up. My logic here is to bring a consistently good player with a high peak, that is ACTUALLY flexible. Initiator & Duelist, takes a huge load of the back of Saadhak, let's also remember Jzz is no stranger to odd duelists like Neon and Reyna. There is also a bit of Prescience to this, as Saadhak may retire to coaching or try to explore other orgs, this leaves this roster with an immediate suitable replacement in the Flex role.

  Better a player that hard carried an unimpressive team than an unimpressive player that was hard carried (Sorry Qck)
  Let's also remember Jzz didn't tryout for LOUD, it's possible he would've been chosen over Qck

• Why Tuyz?
  Great synergy with the already established roster, communicative and hardworking. Quite literally mentioned as the guy Less sees as inspiration.
  It's true, Tuyz is such a hard worker that almost every other player he played with mentions him that way, which isn't hard to believe considering his exponential growth since 2022.

• Why Cauanzin?
  FNS stamp of approval. Quite literally the guy that was always at the top with little recognition. Obvious choice.

• Why Less?
  Do I need to explain myself?

• Why Saadhak?
  Again, do I need to explain myself?

• Why Aspas?
  Insane Hard Carry.

• Why Nzr?
  Top rated initiator that has established great synergy with Aspas, great IGL, desperate for a proper team.

• Why Heat?
  The guy was insane in 2021, got into problems with BzKa, both were very shady and as a bystander you couldn't really be sure of who was truly wrong.
  But, after a public humbling and a training arc, heat seems to have truly flourished under the flexing role. With his addition, the team has 3 players that can carry the team on their backs with their consistency.

• Why RgL?
  Clutch Mage, great controller overall, and it's clear IGL upgrading, upgrades his skills, he was decent with Murizz, Good with Mazin, probably great with NZR.
  Considering there will be a load taking off his back due to how insane his teammates are, he might perform even better.

• Why Frz?
  Sheriff and Defense prodigy, great sentinel overall, and it's clear IGL upgrading, upgrades his skills, he was good with Murizz, better with Mazin, probably great with NZR.
  Considering there will be a load taking off his back due to how insane his teammates are, he might perform even better.
  Also considering he is a veteran of the scene, has played with Saadhak, got coached by fRod and BzKa, and in the early Loud draft was going to be in the team, Saadhaks choice. He can add alot of wisdom to the roster.

• Why Sacy?

We know this guy is incredibly important off-game, and my project here is to explore that quirk to the fullest, make him focus on shaping and molding his teammates.

• Why Xand?
  Consistently good for so fucking long, but like Mwzera he never got into a proper structured team where he wasn't the head of it. Here, he would be able to flourish under Sacy and the coaches.
  Since his career had a downturn he has been humbled so it's very probable he would be obedient to Sacy's game plan.

• Why Pancada?
  Do I need to explain myself?

• Why Artzin?
  Really good rookie that has proven himself as a consistent player, very probable his respect for Sacy's veteranship would allow for a very controlled environment for Sacy.

• Why Mwzera?
  This guy has been great for a long time, but his teams were always controlled by ego issues, lack of structure and his own overhype.
  As good as this guy is, he needs to be broken down and remade, ego better than the Toxic Bald Man Sacy? The guy who can actually impose respect since unlike Mwzera's braindead ass, Sacy has titles, multiple titles, and several of them won against Mwzera.

• Do I even need to explain myself? Great coaching staff, can lighten the load on Sacy and allow him to focus on the teammates

LOUD

• Why Sacy on Loud rather than Saadhak? Saadhak has expressed how clear the communication and administration of Loud is towards their roster, and Saadhak at this point has taught them what good management is. Which is why I would rather Sacy's project be here, the whole premise of his project relies on Ego-Breaking Mwzera & Xand, but Sacy can't do that properly if the Org is disorganized and badly managed, my point is, to give Sacy the best environment possible to reshape Xand & Mwzera

• My focus here is to create a backup plan if Heat starts to underperform, while Kon4n's peaks are not close to Heat's, he is consistently decent and would keep the team operational.
  The second take is to use his tactical prowess to the teams profit, Kon4n was the acting "coach" during 2023's Furia good run on the start of the VCT Americas split. He was also second caller on TBK, and the current caller on Furia. While Kon4n os not the best at translating Strats into the match, he is a good stratbook developer, the idea here is to use him with ryotzz or luk as the strategical developers, Kon4n is also a decent flex.

Fluyr & Onur

• The idea here is to use their strengths to fix each other's weaknesses. Onur is known for developing amazing fundamentals, but has a very exhaustingly dominative approach, while Fluyr is methodically uplifting, the streets say he has a "life coach" approach to his coaching.
  The plan then becomes to use Onur as a training coach rather than the head coach, and Fluyr as the managing and mental coach. The roster has an intrinsic Aggressiveness to it, and ALOT of firepower, Onur would make sure that the team respect the basics while still being aggressive, PRX style, while Fluyr would keep the mental and work in conjunction with a team therapist.
  But what about the Strats and antistrats? See the reasoning for having Kon4n as the Sub

MiBr

• Why MiBr? They have more structure than Furia and believe in their players rosters promises more. A team this aggressive needs a proper base, and MiBr is a better option than Furia

• Basically a Mini-Aspas, he is unproven, but who better than Saadhak to form new talent?

Peu & Stk

• Saadhak can hold his own strategically, however he himself has said that his mistake at the start of this year was not allowing the coaches to chime in, he ignored their bigger contributions and then became overworked and overcooked. Saadhak has said he is aiming to pull back and let the coaches help out.
  This Duo of peu and stk may seem like the weaker choice, but my take is that saadhak is a very good improver, so even if what these coaches cook may be mild, saadhak can still improve them. Saadhak is also a great applier, which means he will be able to translate Strats to in-game performance

Furia

• Damn, Saadhak on the shitiest org? Yes. Saadhak's Roster is already a top contender, and with Saadhak taking a step back to allow the coaches to do their job, his focus can become to reshape the environment to his liking, the idea is for him to pull the "I won a champions, you didn't" on Furia's management, so he can properly shape a good environment for his team

"nats invented lurking" on a time nobody knew how to properly play the game, the only pros from that time that are still relevant, are relevant due to consistency, like saadhak, tenz and mwzera (not as good as the first 2 but still alive)

Less has more impact on the lurking playstyle than Nats, why? cuz he gets countered and still has impact, nats didnt.
