There is literally a major riot office in brasil and mexico

but, they arent really meta
his guided mollies are great yes, but, mollies dont get you into site like a spot or a flash
his drone is good
his little clove concuss is good too
the question isnt really if his abilities are good, but more of can he be slotted into the comps, cuz he is neither a recon nor flash agent, so he cant solo initiate, he is a cc agent, and breach who is his rolemate, is situational. from what we have seen tejo also doesnt have rechargeable abilities, so he is basically useless after an utility dump
he feels like every ability is good, but there is no sinergy in him and other agents
The amount of comp swapping needed just to make him comfortable is very tiring
