Multiple reasons really, people above have pointed out that it's a demographic and others financial reasons and I think that covers most of it. If you've known a lot of black people or are familiar with black streamers/gamers then you know that they don't play games like CS or Val. They're more into fighting games and Call of Duty. Just one of those things that is what it is.
