honestly a shame that nongshim barely has any competition here
flexing a win against m0br is like flexing a prison tattoo
I don't know how anyone can watch Aspas and not think he is currently overrated. Obviously a great player but his style of gameplay has had diminishing returns all Kickoff and his inability to learn/play any other meta duelist is a blemish on his record. There is no way he is BITW level right now.
Marteen is beyond overrated, one trick player on a team that will be farmed at Santiago because they're mid. It's like how Jemkin was a ton of peoples #1 player going into internationals last year and ended up getting farmed because RRQ were shit. Same thing will happen to Marteen/M8s.
Marteen is absolutely terrible
Dambi not making the list is criminal
Lovers rock over Lar0k is kek
you're a pepega
NS crush free2 and it wouldn't even be close
nrg couldnt lace a real team like nongshim's boots
NPC take
brother bear people were trying to convince us of the nrg golden era
KangKang won best Chinese player of the year, those awards were nonsense
needs to be studied dude, this team is dookie now
DH being kicked out of T1 is still criminal
Realistically its the Acend roster because none of those players aside from Cned are looked back on as individually amazing
I don't know what else to say other than that. I've watched their games and they just haven't improved at all. They've had so much time to work shit out, they have a solid roster, but they're still throwing and destroyer is perma tilted.
People in these replies oversimply this shit so much that it's actually sad. It's like being contrarian for the sake of being contrarian. Gen AI has a crazy negative effect on our world but what could we really say to change people's minds?
Photographers, illustrators, coders, writers and countless more losing their jobs isn't enough? Death of creativity, arts & design degradation isn't enough? Falsification isn't enough? How many negative effects of AI do you need until you say "Okay, maybe AI is going too far". (I don't think all AI is bad, but you get my point)
NathanD is like the most inconsistent coach for the most inconsistent team in China, he fits on DRG perfectly. But seriously, when he does weird offmeta shit that works his teams are so fun to watch but when his weird decisions fail miserably everyone calls him a terrorist that deserves the woodchipper.
Ended up being the best possible replacement for Leo
Trent lost aura, dude has been hella mid or rather 'just good' for awhile now. Sometimes he'll disappear from a map completely.
drg are terrorists
rest in peace edg :c
No, not at all considering Tenz gifted everything to her on a silver platter but I guess you want to bring gender politics into it because maybe you've browsed too much X and Leddit
Honestly, who has a better chance at standing their ground at Santiago? Didn't both of these teams get rolled the last time we saw them at an int? They've both improved over the course of Kickoff but I have little faith in either of them right now

You might need to take a break from the internet brother bear
Where are these incredible indian players? Are they inside of your walls?
Bro was really on here defending porn with his life, you might actually be a paid plant
Honestly agree but I think it would be easier if mods did a better job cleaning up shit threads but then I guess it wouldn't be a freeze peach platform
On Bind’s bright edge, where the buy phase hums,
Miniboo checks his hands, then checks his heart.
Across the map, in mirrored silence, stands
his brother Boo—same fire, steadier flame—
the kind that learned to wait before it burns.
They grew up trading rounds in smaller rooms,
sharing headsets, secrets, slices of belief.
Now banners glow, the crowd becomes a storm,
and every footstep carries more than sound—
it carries then and now at once.
The barriers fall. The clock begins to breathe.
Utility blooms like thought made visible:
smokes writing futures, flashes of doubt,
a dash that cuts the air with youthful nerve,
a calm retake measured to the second.
They read each other like old callouts—
a shoulder peek that means trust me,
a pause that says I’m baiting fate.
Crosshairs hover where memory once lived;
the pixel holds a lifetime’s weight.
A duel breaks open—sharp, electric, brief.
Miniboo moves with borrowed courage, earned,
a flick that lands like truth at last admitted.
The feed updates. The round is done.
One brother advances. One becomes the echo.
In the quiet after, there’s a smile through loss,
a nod that passes pride like contraband.
Boo types gg with the grace of someone
who built the ladder and stepped aside,
who knows what it means to be surpassed.
