csgo is better because there's constantly tournaments for T2 players to play in. Valorant is the opposite where long off seasons make it so there's no point of keeping the roster past the end of the season.

No it's not lol. FNS has ass aim even for an IGL. Just compare him to Boo, Munchkin, JohnQT, Boostio or hell even Saadhak. All those people have way better aim while also being the IGL.

For challengers, the only way previously to get a bye was if you did good enough in the previous quals iirc so that's fair.
