I laughed at this haha

Sorry hltv fans, i was one myself in the past haha

I know that you are trying to have fun. I just wanted to continue focusing on valorant, even if it goes only bantering in the forum. Because we crossed several lines and i'm trying to make it enjoyable for everyone again.

posted about 2 years ago

Im trying to say at this part that it does not matter if he knows it or not, the results are already made and we have to move on. If i spoke it wrongly, i'm sorry.

posted about 2 years ago

If you got victim from this, try reading again. If you get it again continue the loop until you get a different answer.

That are several points that i made that are towards brazilians mistakes.

posted about 2 years ago

You prove my point.

I lived in netherlands for some time. One of the most amazing people that i've met in my entire life. But, you are just a bad person, it does not matter where you come from.

Btw, the guy on the pool is vampeta, vampetaço is just meant to make you unconfortable at looking at a soccer world cup winner naked. Its has no true meaning behind it.

  • Apparently he was just joking, in a not harmful intent, sorry for the comment. Probably just a misunderstand of both parts. If you want to understand read the comments below.

He is bantering back at zombs, probably, its a wrong translation.

He wants to say that he will crush the guy when he faces him.

posted about 2 years ago

Its already over. I dont want to pretend that im a moral compass, but there is more than 24h and its already in a point that its ridiculous. I'm seeing problematic situations with every flag, its not a country thing, specially in those 1 day accounts, that only had 10 posts, all trying to create chaos.

Riot made their decision, i think it was ok, as they used their previous reasoning, gave Keyd a punishment for using an exploit (even if they didnt know, wtv) and they had their chance of proving that they could do something.

VK lost and are going to the lower bracket. We have to accept it.

About the forum itself, this place is becoming hltv 2.0.

About Death threats, they are clearly wrong, nobody should support it and i dont think any person in vlr.gg really support this type of thing. This happens in every language/country, melão was receiving some in english too after yesterday. We just have the confirmation bias of everytime we see a brazilian doing, imagining that it was expected. But, bad people are bad people, it doesnt matter the place.

This whole "Brazilian are obsessed with homoerotic" things has to stop, you dont understand portuguese, even if you can use google translator. Open texture of the language makes a vaguiness inside the true meaning of a expression or a word, when you translate the word without context you can't get what it truly means, unless you learned it by living in that place.

Zombs/xepaa are not racists. Zombs is just an asshole trying to have fun (they exists everywhere). Xepaa didnt see how he could harm someone, that why he deleted it. In his context thats not racist, he was no trying to offend anyone...

Overgeneralization towards any group of people in a way that excludes them is called xenophobia. So when you say brazilians make death threats, you paint everyone in the country as a potential murderer which is not true. When you say brazilians are oversensitive, you are saying to the whole country. Just stop it, target at the person that you want to do it. To the group of people that are creating the mess.

If we can just move on, it would be great. The asian teams are already playing and they have nothing to do with this.

#CRWIN :)

Its more like : "i will smash this asshole (on the server)". probably only trashtalking zombs back. Nothing to worry about...

posted about 2 years ago

Its just a random girl from twitter. Don't generalize the whole country by one person...

We are not going over the mental stability thing again, are we?

You are better than this zen-o. I know that from your other comments.

If we talk about all uniform i like Furia.

If we talking only about the tshirt, than Liquid.

Fnatic is a very likeable team.

I root for them in League of Legends. It was the first esports organization that i rooted for, since HoN days, i think it was 2010. They actually discovered OG N0tai(Big Daddy) from dota 2 at this HoN roster, as i was a big notail fan at HoN i root for OG at Dota 2 :D

Thats just sadge. i hope you can find something better to do, i see that you are here all the time spreading hate towards every new topic that appears.

This might be a reflection of something happening in your life that you cant adress right now, i would look for a therapist.

No cap, i dont think people are honestly that bad, i believe they normally have an issue that they dont solve and ends up like that.

Is like people that likes to bully, they normally have to put their anger on someone, because they normally can't put in the person that creates that anger, because they are weak compared to the ones that bullies them.

I hope everything gets better for you soon and that you find help.

You are welcome, man.

I think this whole thing is a big misunderstanding from all parts, we have problems in understanding each other point of view, problems in understanding each others languages, culture and etc... I imagine that is a vocal minority that is making everyone hate each other.

You had a very nice position here too, to actually talk about it :)

1head girl, but she does not deserve death threats, no one does...

Guys this looks like TACO problem in the SK era, they needed him to do the anchoring and play support so other people could shine. If sentinels uses him, its because they want him for something, maybe he brings the spirit for the team, or even helps creating the strats, idk.

Sacy and Nats plays in teams that their duelists are not tenz. Even if you think he is not the best in the world anymore, you can't think that he is not good.

Just look at VK, V1xen was always good on frags before mwzera joined, now they have a triple carry scenario, v1xen as smoke player have less space for shining. But he is still doing his job, clearly.

I know that his banter made a lot of people mad, not me though, i just dont care ( i care about the xenophobic fans on vlr.gg, though, not all!), but we have to be fair and see that he brings something to the table, otherwise he would be kicked.

Why would someone downvote his comment, he literally just translated the message.

Hate the message not the messenger.

0/8 not falling for that.

posted about 2 years ago

Some brazilians still think aspas is a cheater, that he cant perform outside of his house, because some people never believed in his skills.

Even though, he just proved them wrong in the last unnoficial tournament in brazil.

Haters gonna hate, no matter what...

True, i was there, i was the racism.

Can we move on? Riot is taking care of this already. We dont need to continue talking about this.

I've never heard of floorball, im going to look into it. Nice :)

posted about 2 years ago

You can cut BR from the title and say "People that are saying shit about zombs are hypocrite" as people normally say. In this way you are just stating the right people.

I didnt say zombs is a bad player, i dont even watch NA valorant. I dont have a opinion on how he plays, today he played good, for example. When you say BR you include everyone, the ones that are talking bad things, the ones that talks good things and the ones that does not care at all, like me.

This way you avoid hatred towards a region also.

posted about 2 years ago

I dont follow NA scene, but at streams and from what xand normally says, he is super friendly guy, is that what you meant?

posted about 2 years ago

What do you play?

posted about 2 years ago

He is not specifically talking about this scenario. He wants to know if you would prefer creating rivalries, being super happy player, more quiet one...

posted about 2 years ago

I like to imagine myself closer to the boaster side.

I used to play basketball in the state championship when i was a kid, i was never really into creating rivalries with another guys, when we met them at their clubs or them in ours. I was friendly and liked to get to know other people, even if inside the game i would do my best to win agaisnt them. I see them as having the same dream as i do.

So If it is banter or boaster, im on boaster side haha

posted about 2 years ago

You summarized everything that ive been trying to tell in this forum today.

Thank you.

posted about 2 years ago

A region can't be hypocrite... Only a person can be hypocrite...

This is the type of comment that make people think that there are a lot of xenophobia in the forum.

posted about 2 years ago

It does not matter the country that you come from. You are bad apple anyway...

posted about 2 years ago

You dont normally receive those type of pictures, i imagine.

I live in portugal, in my first day here, after a motorcycle guy saw me talking to my friend in brazilian portuguese he just screamed "MACACO ZUCA DO CARALHO" Which means "Your fucking brazilian monkey" and ran off with his motorcycle. We are used to understand that receiving a monkey means racism. ( this is a true story, i dont know if i should have told those personal things here, but i dont think is going to matter)

I think we got each other, we understood both points, just wanted to clarify with one case how she probably felt at that moment and why the fast response.

posted about 2 years ago

Yes, we have problems with social equality that leads to this, but this has nothing to do with culture. Murder is not like a traditional dance in Brazil...

posted about 2 years ago

Im not saying he wanted to call someone a gorilla, i dont even think he was thinking of the possible outcomes when posting, thats why he deleted right away.

Im saying that she understood it like this.

You can't look at this by your own eyes, try to understand from her point of view. There is a giant mess, people normally generalize and are racist towards brazil, if you randomly see in a middle of a bantering fight a gorilla, being a brazilian (that are normally called monkeys in those scenarios) you could understand that it was a racist comment.

After Shuken answered it, she stopped. She did not know that it was a internal xepaa joke.

I've been saying this the whole day, overgeneralization and misunderstanding of cultures/languages are making a huge mess today.

posted about 2 years ago

You summed a lot of prejudice in one single comment.

posted about 2 years ago

How the fuck murder is going to be someones culture...

Murder is a crime, can we stop this shit?

posted about 2 years ago

Because its common racism against brazil. I can send you some cases.

In brazil calling someone a monkey its the same thing as saying the N word to a black person in US.

They throwed a banana at Dani Alves (the person that won most trophies in history of soccer) in the middle of the match:

http://edition.cnn.com/2014/04/28/sport/football/dani-alves-banana-racism-football/index.html

posted about 2 years ago

I think Shuren made her understand that we dont know anything about xepaa's humor. He suddenly posts a gorilla after someone that is normally called monkeys. It just seemed wrong, Xepaa saw the possible misunderstanding and deleted it, thats it.

If i were called a gorilla by a proplayer, without knowing this context, i would be pissed too.

posted about 2 years ago

This is the most wise comment in the whole vlr.gg

There are asswholes in every country, we shouldn't support them.

Its not because someone is bad, that their whole country is bad.

People are people, their countries shouldn't matter.

My hope in vlr.gg is restored.

posted about 2 years ago

The first time that i read, i thought that they were making fun of brazilians, than i went back and read it again and he could be talking about himself. Americans have more of this roasting type of humor, we dont actually do that here. I still believe that this is a whole messed up situation of everyone not understanding each other type of humor or even language.

posted about 2 years ago

I think he means that he is provoking the brazilians since the beginning for no reason (first banterings), and i think he understood it like he was making fun of furia for having the pause. As he says in the end that he wants those games to be something that brings people together.

In the end Shaz wanted the hatred to stop, melão wanted to stop, revolta was just playing around and they all probably wanted it to be everyone in peace watching the next BR vs NA match. I doubt that anyone in this whole mess wanted it to end in that way. Even zombs, he is probably the one friend that everyone have, that wants to protect the bros and ends up fucking everything in the end (Like jinx in arcane? haha).

posted about 2 years ago

Nice! It will be fun, even if i end up being a KRU fan after it, as i root for SA when BR is not playing anyways :)

posted about 2 years ago

Can i translate what he said? Revolta literally memed with Shaz.

The phrase "Ta querendo pica... e nao sabe como pedir" means You want some attention, but you dont know how to beg for it. But he was playing with him, its a meme phrase that people use for fun.

I think this is a big case of misunderstanding.

Melão after seeing that this could go wrong just said after it they should be mature, because they have to be the adults in this scenario. As the fans will start killing eachother with the misunderstanding.

Zombs probably saw everything going bad and made the final sentence as a reaction. After that everything went bad in NA and Brazil.

Can we stop this whole thing?

posted about 2 years ago

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Im literally laughing out loud. I imagined him like walking towards a sacrifice hahaha

posted about 2 years ago

Ele ta fazendo meme, mano. HLTV e o CS são absurdamente mais tóxicos que esse problema no valorant. A glr é podre no hltv.

posted about 2 years ago

No problem :)

posted about 2 years ago

This is not Melão, its Revolta a brazilian ex league of legends proplayer.

"Ta querendo pica ... e nao ta sabendo pedir" is a meme, more like you want attention, but you dont know how to ask. At most you could consider it a warning, like "You are provoking us, stay in your place".

He is literally saying a meme and he is not Melão.

posted about 2 years ago

I'm not saying that people will love zombs. I'm saying that esports fans like other respectful and great players. If a tourney happened in Brazil i would like to take a picture with tenz, cned, nats, shaz... It does not matter if they win agaisnt us or not. It makes no sense to assume that brazilians are actually aggressive.

posted about 2 years ago

There was a CS tournament in brazil and Cloud9 won. I dont think they had a problem, people actually loved stewie2k and tarik, even before they were from mibr. I remember Yanko saying it was a different type of audience, too passionate and that he loved it.

I dont know about hiko being in brazil, though.

I only went to CS tourneys outside of brazil, people were great. IEM Katowice, people were crazy about Fallen/coldzera, I didn't imagine it, they had to walk through the event with securities because a lot of people wanted to take pictures with him, they even stopped the event flux when they were passing through.

I went to MSI in Rio, it was cool, not that full, but people actually loved seeing the asian teams. I remember several T1 fans, even R9 when to the field to talk to faker. Brazil lost really early, they had less people watching it live after this, but i did not see anyone being mistreated and the event went well.

I hope if a valo international event ever happens in Brazil, it happens at this fashion, like IEM Katowice, CS Event in Belo horizonte(sorry if i used the wrong city) or MSI Rio.

Eu não falo espanhol, infelizmente. Mas vamos manter essa irmandade, afinal temos argentinos jogando no Brasil também e estamos todos começando de baixo no valorant, não há porque brigarmos.

I dont speak spanish, unfortunately, But, lets keep that brotherhood, as we have argentinians playing in Brazil and we are all starting from the bottom at valorant. we dont have reason to fight.
