Viewership should increase somewhat. If teams develop correctly we’ll see competition like no other. Trust me NA will still be a force to reckon with.

No group of high school kids is making a team and becoming the best of any region. It never happened in CS, it never happened in literally almost any other game i can think of man. Esports in general was a lot smaller then, and wasn’t accepted really. Nowadays you’re lucky to find a kid that doesn’t wanna be pro or stream it’s just not possible for any game

They’re were way to many teams considered T1 all over the world. I agree the amount of teams they’re are and the distribution is strange but in the end it’ll only help the game. If teams form properly and build decent chem will have some actual crazy ass matches

2. Chemistry would be a thing but that can develop.

3. Stop comparing this to games that aren’t FPS it doesn’t make much sense as they are played differently.

T1 needed to be half the size there were way to many teams considered “T1” only because they had 2 star players and a org supporting them. I understand where you’re coming from but T2 will level itself out

1. Teams are allowed to make roster changes whenever they please
2. It takes so much dedication and hard work to be a pro player, most of these “kids” didn’t even have a chance before this, and if they were any good they’ll be getting picked up
3. So you’d rather have weak competition and mediocre games with teams getting shit on rather than amazing games where it feels as if teams are on the same level? All because some kids deserve a chance (that they can still get)

League has been out for so long some players or teams even are bound to lose interest. If Valorant is able to even come close to Leagues success it’s a huge W

In fairness most of the stuff you guys complain about has been covered by Riot or is just unnecessary. Seems like some people just need something to complain about. I understand where you’re coming from though. As of right now the Tier 2 scene will be the same as it was, weak viewership with some decent orgs. As time progresses we’ll see more teams enter the scene

Needed to happen though. Most of the big talent is dispersed all throughout teams in NA or other regions to. This closes that gap as most will be picked up, making better competition and will truly show who the best teams are.

Teams that were picked are solid and everyone (almost) is pretty hype. See some complaints about numbers of teams but as the years go on this will develop. OCE got super fucked and China a tad but they’ll end up getting a spot.
